Aeri's POV

Realization hits me after I read the lines. It was my birthday. How could I forget? My thoughts were interrupted when Sehun oppa pulled me into a hug, burrying his face in my neck before saying. "Happy birthday, Ae." I giggle and hug my youngest brother back replying a thank you. My brothers also joined in the hug and they all shouted happy birthday at me, making me cry harder. 


It has always been like this, me forgetting my birthday, and sometimes I get scolded by my brothers for forgetting the most important day of my life. I have a funny story, it happened five years ago and I was staying at Yul's house until the 26th. Her family received a call from my Yixing oppa saying an emergency happened at our house. Alarmed, Yul's family drive me at our house on Christmas eve. The house was dark when we arrived and the furnitures were scattered everywhere     in total the house was a mess! 


We heard a scream from upstairs and Yul's father bolted up where the scream came from while we stayed in the living room. I almost fainted when someone wearing all read emerge from the kitchen. Yul's mother was terrified and passed out leaving me and Yul with the stranger in red. Since my brothers were an experts in martials arts, they taught me how to defend myself. And since it was only me and Yul left, I grab the nearest object to me and hit the strangers face with it. He screamed in pain and the kitchen's light went on and came in my brothers with a confuse and corcern looks. The stranger was still screaming and took off his hat making me and Yul gasps.


It was Yifan oppa! 


Yup, you heard it. I hit my brother with a broom on the face. Thank goodness his nose was alright and he only got a huge bruised on his left cheek. My brothers were rolling on the floor laughing while Yul's father came down with a frown, confuse. Minseok explained everything to him and it was all a surprise for me but it didn't end up well. In the end, Yul's family left after her mother regained consciousness and Luhan oppa aided Yifan oppa's bruised cheek. 


Junmyeon oppa ushered all of us to bed saying we have a big day ahead of us. Which was funny because it was already 1:30 AM and my brothers didn't seem to be tired at all, including me. But being the persistent Junmyeon oppa is, he forced all of us to go to our rooms. Tonight, I'll be sleeping next so Kyungsoo oppa because the heater in my room got broken a week after December came. I've been sleeping besides my brothers since then, transfering to another bed every night. I was glad that its Kyungsoo oppa's turn because his and Jongdae oppa's room is neat. 


He used to own the room by himself until Jongdae oppa decided to move out from he Beagl line's room saying he can't sleep there because of the constant noises the two make everynight. Kyungsoo oppa didn't mind since Jongdae oppa, surprisingly, is a very meticulous person. And he isn't noisy when he's tired. 


Switching to my pajamas, I jump besides Kyungsoo oppa and wrapped my arms around him, snuggling my face to his chess. He pulls me closer to him as the lights went off and I felt him kissing my forehead. "Happy birthday, baby." I flushed at the nickname and didn't reply. Ever since I was young, my brothers made nicknames for me. It was the first time in eight years s
