~~~~Jimin POV~~~~
Taehyung had called me and told me about Junghwa's win and of course I spilled the news to the other boys, but he also told me that he had something he wanted to talk to me about. I obviously suddenly got an intense feeling in my chest the moment I heard those words. Taehyung wasn't one to have secrets from me, nor was he one to exaggerate his problems, so I didn't know what I was expecting when I walked into the cafe and spotted him sitting in a booth, leaning his back against the cushioned chair, his leg folded over the other with one hand drumming against it to the beat of the background music of the cafe, and the other hand assisting as he sipped his coffee. "What do you mean she didn't win?"
"I heard her mother behind the stage, talking to the director," he said slowly, "it was fixed."
"Fixed?" my eyes grew wide, "As in her mother cheated?"
"Yeah," Taehyung nodded, "Her mother gave the director a white envelope, and I didn't have to even think about what was in it."
"Oh," I shut my mouth quickly, trying to think of something to say.
"I don't know what to do," he whispered, burying his head in his hands, "she was so happy to win, saying that finally she'll be off of her mother's case, not having to suffer anymore pageants, she was free. But now that I know she didn't fairly win..."
"Don't tell her," I said, gr
