I woke up to a blinding light in my eyes. I rubbed my eyes and looked around at my surroundings. I wasn't sure where I was until I looked at my left side to see an IV bag attached to a tall metal pole standing next to my bed. A cold shiver went down my spine. I was in the hospital.   "She gained consciousness!", a nurse in a white uniform yelled.   I suddenly see a doctor in a white coat and a stethoscope around his neck walking into my room with a grim look on his face.    "Young lady, you don't know how lucky you are."   Confused, I looked up at him with a questioning face while still not able to process what was happening.   "If this school staff member didn't call 911, you would have been dead."   Goosebumps rushed over my whole body.    What?
