Chanyeol swallows the saliva that had clogged is esophagus, immediately turning his attention back to his food.

Baekhyun’s head immediately spins towards Chanyeol, his eyes seemingly popping out of their sockets.

Ever since Baekhyun took into account the fact that he’s going to unfollow Chanyeol on every social media account and take the liberty of ignoring Chanyeol in the every possible area of the real world, the giant had no choice but to take refuge in the library.

“Why are you here anyway?” Jongin says as he takes the seat beside Kyungsoo, lowering his tone as he knows that the smaller boy hated it when people were loud in his sanctuary.          

“Baekhyun hates reading so he’ll never be in here. I’m safe from his judging stare.” Chanyeol says as he slams his head into the wooden table several times.

“Well, for one, Baekhyun hates it when people confess through text, you know that.” Kyungsoo says as he opens a book, eyes casting down towards the letters.

“And, he’s obviously confused since you’re like… his best friend. I don’t think he’s going to ignore you forever—just for a few days, months, years… probably.”

Chanyeol groans at Jongin’s words, not lifting his head up to meet their eyes.

He feels his phone buzz from under him. He gingerly takes it to his face as he drowns in his futon, too depressed as another day has passed since he’s last spoken to Baekhyun.
