Chanyeol really doesn’t like it when people are touchy (unless they’re Baekhyun). He most especially doesn’t like it when people are touchy when it comes to Baekhyun—which he was trying his best to bear with for the past few hours.

“Why are you standing so close to Baekhyun!!!!!” Chanyeol shouts as he has finally cracked, spending the last 4 hours walking around with the new couple from shop to shop.

“Because I’m dating him…?” Sehun says as he wraps his arm tighter around Baekhyun’s shoulders, obviously noticing Chanyeol’s hostility.

“You—gr, damn you!!!” Chanyeol says as he storms off, leaving the two standing in the streets.

Chanyeol should have never agreed to coming with them for the holiday. There weren’t any classes today, and Chanyeol has gotten pretty used to the fact that Baekhyun is long gone from the single since birth list.

Darn it.

He finds himself walking alone, swaying through the busy streets. He manages to come across an ice cream shop, and takes refuge as the crowds grew thicker.

Jongin told him not to go, but Chanyeol didn’t listen.

“I shouldn’t have gone here.” Chanyeol says with a sigh as he takes out his phone. It’s not that Chanyeol regrets spending time with Baekhyun, but the fact that the rather thin, lanky, handsome (as much to Chanyeol’s confidence), basketball team captain—perfect in every way Oh Sehun was there.

Darn it (again).

Once he’s satisfied with his very sarcastic and implied meaning status, he locks his phone.

He sits there for the next few hours, hiding the fact that he’s totally not disappointed that Baekhyun didn’t bother to look for him. Not that he cared. Not that he loved Baekhyun since they were younger. Nah.

Definitely not.

He’s about to ugly cry when the chime of his phone notification vibrates on the table, him half hoping it was a message from Baekhyun.

Chanyeol reads through the group message, quickly surveying the ice cream shop for any onlookers. When he sees Kyungsoo and Jongin sitting on a table not too far from him, he gives them a glare.

Chanyeol’s head immediately spins towards the door, immediately spotting Baekhyun and Sehun come in, arms linked.

Chanyeol scans Jongin’s messages as he interchanges his eyes from his phone to the Baekhyun and Sehun standing by the counter, making him grow significantly pressured.

From the corner of Chanyeol’s view, he can see Jongin slightly sit upright. He sees Kyungsoo roll his eyes, but he immediately returns his gaze to Sehun and Baekhyun, who have already finished ordering and are making their way over to the table opposite of Chanyeol.

Chanyeol panics, quickly grabbing the closest newspaper to hide himself.

Chanyeol feels restless, completely turning his chair towards Jongin’s direction as he the longer Jongin takes, the more time Baekhyun has to make out with the very attractive Oh Sehun.

He sees Jongin fidget with his phone, and Kyungsoo peering from beside him out of curiosity. Whatever he’s doing, it better be worth 50000 won and 3 months with his xbox.

A few minutes later, his phone buzzes.

Chanyeol tries to hold a gag as a (incredibly photoshopped) picture of the very attractive Oh Sehun splays on his phone screen. It was a picture of him making out with Miranda Kerr (thus making it photoshopped).

Chanyeol peeks from over the newspaper towards Baekhyun’s table, and is surprised as the said boy slaps the very attractive Oh Sehun across the face.

“Who is she?! You were cheating on me?! I thought you loved me!”

Baekhyun immediately storms out of the shop, leaving the very attractive and confused Oh Sehun alone.

Chanyeol whips his head back towards Jongin, who was nodding in his direction.

            Kyungiepoo: u guys are unpredictable

            Chanyeol spends the rest of the day trying to look for Baekhyun, but ultimately gives up when he doesn’t seem to be around the area anymore. Chanyeol arrives home later that night, with the memo of messaging Baekhyun as soon as he lands on his bed.
