It’s dark and gloomy outside.
The sound of crackling thunder could be heard and flashing bolts of lightning streak across the sky.
But the weather outside could not beat the whirlwind of emotions that was going on inside this one person.
“KyoWen ah, don’t sleep, please!”
A guy was crouching over a limp body of a woman.
He gently cradled her into his embrace as life slowly slips out of her.
“Myung..MyungSoo oppa…” she stuttered.
“Yes?” he managed, with tears rolling down his cheek.
“I..I…I’m sorry” she whispered.
“Don’t be, you didn’t do anything wrong”
“I shouldn’t have fallen for you.. if I hadn’t, you wouldn’t have to go through this”
He hushed her and just pulled her closer to him.
“I don’t regret the past three months we have spent together. It’s three of my happiest months spent” he replied, silently the girl’s hair.
A small smile forms on her face as she reaches out to touch his face.
“ I love you..” she whispered.
“I know, I love you too” he replied, more tears rolling down his cheek.
He could feel that she was close to being drained of all her life.
“You have to live your life to the fullest, okay?” she asked, as she felt weaker.
MyungSoo didn’t reply, he just held her close.
“Oppa… promise me…” she urged.
“I won’t” came his reply.
“Please” she begged.
“No”
“Oppa… I’m a Guardian, and you’re a human. We weren’t mean to be”
“Don’t say that!” he screamed.
“Promise me….”
She then went completely limp in his arms.
Tears poured out continuously from his eyes as he held her close, unable to accept his lost, yet wanting her to leave with a peace of mind.
“I…I promise you…” he silently muttered under his breath.
It was then that he felt a warm breeze engulfed around him.
And a familiar scent breeze by before he was left completely alone in the building.

Hi guys!
It's KyoWen.
I've been on hiatus for more than a year now.
And recently as I've been under some stress, I decided to unwind by writing up a one shot, that really is pretty long, therefore I have decided to spread it out into a few chapters.
Constructive comments and criticism are welcome!
