"Every girl deserves a guy who looks at her everyday
like it was the first time he saw her."

chapter three  The First Time           Jessica laid in bed, staring at her ceiling. She didn't realize how early she went to bed when she looked at the clock on her bedside table. It was only 9:28PM. Remembering what happened ever since she got home.     Jessica scrunched herself up on the couch when she got home, keeping her head down.   Luhan and Sehun closed the apartment door behind them and stared at one another before looking back at the girl. The two of them sighed, trying to find the words
to say, or if there was any words to say.   Sehun nudged Luhan, obviously trying to get him to say something first.   Luhan nudged him back, obviously not wanting to talk first.   Sehun then pushed him towards the girl on the couch.   Luhan gave the younger one a look, finally stepping towards Jessica. He carefully planted himself on the couch next to the depressed girl. "Jessica?"   Jessica looked up, "Hm?"   "You okay, baby girl?" Luhan asked her as he her hair. "You seem a bit pale."   She laid her head on Luhan's lap, letting herself enjoy the comfort of his touch. "Mm."   "Come on, Jessica. You've been very blue since we left the café. Are you sure you're alright?"   Sehun came back frm the restroom, taking a seat on the floor next to the couch. "Noona, you should eat! Food is for a healthy heart!"   Luhan used his foot to nudge the younger boy. "Sehun, go look in the fridge and see what we can make for dinner tonight. We can cook something up for our baby girl."   "Sehun's on the duty!" Sehun exclaimed as he got up and rushed to the kitchen.   An hour later, she overheard a voice calling her. She opened up her eyes, seeing Sehun standing before her.   "Noona, it's time to eat."   Jessica sat up, patting her face to wake up. She looked up to see Sehun's smiling face at her. "Oh. Okay."   Sehun held out his hand for her.   Taking his hand, Jessica pulled herself up and walked hand-in-hand with him to the dinner table. She took the seat Sehun pulled out for her and just stared at the table. She honestly didn't have much of an appetite, but she knew that the two boys wouldn't let her leave the table until she ate something.   "Who's ready for Luhan's famous fried rice?!" Luhan happily cheered as he brought the pan of rice to the table.   "Sehun is ready!!!" Sehun shouted out.   Luhan took his seat and served everyone. "How you feeling after a nap, Jess? Any better?"   Jessica looked up at him and just grinned. "I'm okay." She picked up her chopsticks and slowly ate her plate. She was quiet most throughout dinner.   Both males seemed to notice it.   Sehun spoke up first, "Noona, you haven't eaten much. Are you feeling well?"   Jessica looked up at the concerned young one. She gave a small grin to him. "I'm sorry. I just don't have much of an appetite to eat right now." She put down her chopsticks, sitting up straight in her chair. "I think I'll just get some water and go to bed."   Before the two of them responded, Jessica already made her move and cleaned up her area. She left the kitchen with a glass of water in her hand without saying any word. She didn't expect them to chase after her or try and talk to her. She just wanted some peace for herself.     Jessica heaved a heavy sigh. She really didn't feel hungry. She hasn't felt hungry at all. She would nibble here and there, but never felt hungry enough to eat a full meal. Knowing that her brother was getting updates about her from Luhan and Sehun made her feel like she was a child. She felt like that her teachers were calling her parents to tell them about her progress.   In her honest opinion, she was just feeling lost. She was feeling empty. She knows that she is not the only one who has lost a lover. But her friends act as if they don't care and it bugged her.   Kris was not just some boyfriend. Kris was like the best person out of their group of friends. He was a caring big brother to everyone. He was always reasonable with everyone. He never took anyone for granted. Kris was just too special to be forgotten or to not loved. How could no one see it that way? Was she the only one?   Hearing a soft conversation outside her door had her eavesdropping.   "Hyung, she has not eaten a proper meal. It's not healthy!"   "You think I don't know that?"   "But what are we going to do? I'm worried about, Noona. I'm scared that she's going to be really sick because she's not properly taking care of herself."   "I know. I am, too. I know Kris would hate to see her like this. He would hate that she's been starving herself and not being happy."   "Do you think Kris Hyung would be disappointed in us for not taking care of her?"   She could hear Luhan sigh heavily. "I honestly don't know. He probably would appreciate that we are there for her, but I can't say anything else."   Jessica got out of bed and opened up the door, shocking the two boys standing outside. "Kris would be proud of you two."   Both Luhan and Sehun were still shocked that she opened the door, obviously telling them that she was listening to them.   Jessica left the door open, crawling back into bed and huddling herself under her blanket.   Sehun entered first, laying on her bed and hugging her from behind. "Don't be sad, Noona. We just want what is best for you. We don't want to disappoint Kris Hyung."   She couldn't help but grin. She turned to face Sehun, kissing the tip of his nose. "You guys have never disappointed Kris. He would appreciate both of you. He would be proud of all that you have done for me, for him."   Luhan sat on the edge of her bed. "Jessica," he started out. "We're just worried about you is all."   She sighed. "I'm sorry that I've been such a burden to everyone. I'm just having a hard time with this. I never thought that this could happen to me."   Sehun repeated her action and kissed her nose. "Noona! You are never a burden! You are just sad. We understand that!"   Luhan nodded, agreeing with the younger male. "Jessica Jung, you have never burdened us. We both love you very much and love being with you. You have such a gentle spirit and kind heart. There is no one else like you."   "Yeah, Noona!" Sehun smiled at her. "Kris Hyung was a very lucky man to have you!"   Jessica actually felt be
