Crush or Crushed?

Things went on like this. You sat beside him every practice from then on and both of you would be suppressing your laughters whenever either of you cracked a joke. He made you laugh so easily it left you baffled. You had never laughed so hard when you talked to a boy. Never. You acted so differently around him and it worried you. What if you were being too obvious? Worst things worst, your feelings had deepened after growing so close to him.

You found out he took up the same exact subjects as you did and was in the first class while you were in the second. When you had the same break as his class did, you would try to spot him in the huge cafeteria. It was hard to identify just by searching for his face, so you found him by identifying his shoes instead. He wore neon green colored shoes that made it so easy for you to find him, because green shoes weren't actually deemed appropriate for school attire according to the institute's rules, but Luhan couldn't care more. Not like his shoe color would affect his studies. You chuckled.

Every time you saw him, you noticed he would always look back. Little smiles would be exchanged and even if you were far from his table, you could still see his bright smile really clearly. It was freaky how you really loved his smile and yearned to see it each time you met him. Today was just the same.

Your eyes wandered around until they landed on a pair of bright green shoes. A smile tugged on the corner of your lips but you chose to suppress it, hoping your feelings didn't appear all too obvious. Looking up, your eyes met. It felt good. Luhan looking straight back at you with his twinkling eyes and his signature sunshine-smile. You couldn't help but let out a small grin and nodded your head at him, ears slightly turning red. Turning back around, you sighed happily. You liked they way you simply admired him. There was no pressure, you didn't feel like you had to start dating him at this instant. Rather, you wanted to take things slow. Rushed relationships will never be a good thing, anyway.

It was a friday. And Friday means band practice.

"Magic." Luhan tried to sound mysterious as he- dumbly- released a string from his palm that he had grabbed earlier, causing it to fall from his hand. You both ended up laughing so hard at his "magic trick" you missed your band conductor's cue to start playing the piece. Looking at each other, you laughed again at both of your dumbfounded faces.

Joking around with him in band had always made you look forward to coming for band practices, so you never missed any so far.

You and luhan had gotten closer after quite a few band practices. Much closer now, because you found out he, like you, lives in the North too. You couldn't help but smile when you heard that because that means...

You looked at the boy walking in front of you with his best friend by his side. All this while you'd go back alone, no one would accompany you home. Occassionally you would pester your best friend to come over- from the north- and wait for you at the gate but now that school has started for her too, she was busy. Albeit a little sad, you understoof perfectly.

Now, there were two people who lived in the North. They accompanied you home every Wednesday and Friday. Even though you seldom joined in their conversations, you enjoyed listening to them. You liked seeing how they openly insulted each other, cracked jokes and sometimes, try to bring you into their conversations. But because you were always worn out by the time you left school- 6:30PM- you never really had the energy to force laughter out.

Whenever you talked to him, he would look straight into your eyes. Deep down you were squealing but on the outside, you had always been self-collected and maintained a composed look. You would hold the eye-contact with him for a long time before looking away when you were getting shy.

--

One of the perks of being in the same school: You get to see him everyday.

Even in the morning.

It was 6:47AM and you were about to lose it. You anxiously craned your neck to check if your bus was arriving. Sadly, the road was clear of buses. You were glancing at your watch practiaclly every 20 seconds that passed, mentally praying really really hard that you wouldn't end up reaching school late. God that was the last thing you would ever want to happen. I have never arrived to school late in my entire life.

This time wasn't your fault though, you had been waiting at the bus stop for approximately 20 minutes but the bus still hadn't arrived at the usual timing. You swore you would lodge a complaint to the bus company that claimed their services as "fast and effecient" if the bus didn't come in another 2 minutes because hell no, what you were going through right now was concrete evidence to shut them up. Your patience was running short and you were about to cry from the frustration built up in you.

Finally, the long awaited bus arrived. In the end, you reached the train station ten minutes late. Usually you would be standing at the door of the train's last cabin and wait for it to arrive, but today the train had already arrived at the platform with its door open. Sighing, you hastily entered a random train cabin, trying hard not to hiss in annoyance at your ruined morning.

When you entered the cabin, you spotted a very familiar pair of shoes. Since you weren't wearing your glasses, you couldn't be too sure. Looking up, you saw that that person looked kinda like him. However, there was one big difference that made you look away immediately- His hairstyle.

Luhan always had fluffy bangs that covered his eyebrows, that hairstyle matched him perfectly. This guy on the other hand had shorter hair- way shorter than Luhan's. You decided it wasn't him.

When you looked straight, you could see treetops and the sunrise; pretty things you admired every morning. The sight calmed you down and made you forget the missing bus that almost got you in deep temporarily.

There was always a period between the journey when the train would have to go through an underground tunnel.

The moment the train entered the dark tunnel, you could see the reflection of everyone behind you through the clear glass panel.

And that guy was looking at you. Eyes shifting from his phone's screen to you continuously, he was trying to get your attention. When you observed him through the glass planel, you raised an eyebrow.

He's Luhan?

CLIIIIIIIIIIIIFFFFFFFF HANGERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!1111111 dont kill me pls

Hi everyone. LMAO. I wrote this hastily cause I was scared that I might forget the sequence of events. I've started recording every little detail about minor things that happen between us almost daily. This is like a crush diary, I guess? Am I the only who's doing this LOL. Screw school though, the workload is insane and I'm going insane pretty soon.

I'm kinda serious about the description of "Luhan" though, he really had long bangs, and he really cut it short T_______T

I admit it looked kinda weird on him. *laughs* You'll see my reaction in the next chapter. His hair is growing back now though. :3 this was also an event from march. Like I said, we're in the same school. Anything could happen anytime.

I'm trying really hard to make the chapters link. Sighs at my writing skills. Through this I hope I improve a lot. Chuckles. This fic could go on forever. I hope it would though! It's like may now, 2 months since I met this guy. I think I'm in deep guys.

And you know what? My closest friend ( I finally made a legit friend guys ) in class is also in the same situation: we're in deep together.

Gulps.

Bye!
