One rainy evening, a girl with a pink umbrella was standing at the side of the road, waiting for the lights to turn red. She was holding the handle of her rain protector using both of her shivering hands. Looking around, her half-moon like eyes wandered through the quiet city and she had to admit, even if the weather was damn annoying, the blurry lights coming from the buildings, stores and cars was one of the most relaxing sights she always wanted to see. It gives her both vintage and nostalgic feelings.
She went out late from the university because of a program that was held for the advance christmas celebration. She had fun watching intermission numbers and talent showdowns. As a member of the student council, she needed to be there and assist the other students.
Her phone rang abruptly.
"Dad?"
"Stephanie? Where are you?"
"I'm here near the mall..."
"Oh, okay. It's raining hard, sorry baby, daddy can't pick you up. I still have a meeting." Her dad said sadly.
"It's okay dad, I'm a big girl already! I can manage." Tiffany laughed. Mr. Hwang just chuckled at her youngest.
"Okay, then. But you're still daddy's baby. Take care, Stephanie. Tell your oppa and unnie that I'll be coming home late, okay?"
"Sure, dad. Bye." after her dad bid her also a goodbye, they ended the call. A smile was present in her face. She suddenly remembered her mom.

It was a cold night for the red-headed girl, good thing that she was wearing her favorite pair of boots which saved her feet from getting wet. Only the sound of the endless fall of heavy raindrops can be heard and without it, the night was in a complete silence. Tiffany sighed, regretting the decision of walking home. Even if it was close, the bad weather made it twice further.
At last, the green light finally turned to yellow then to red. She smiled and quickly walked on the pedestrian lane. Despite the heavy drops of water, she still walked carefully since the road is quite slippery. Out of the blue, a screeching sound was heard follo
