*Jessica's POV*

It was 9 PM, it was dark outside. Not only that but it was also a rainy night. There was some serious stuff going on out there, with thunders and lightnings.

I had already finished my dinner when the doorbell rang.

I slowly walked to the front door of my house, it felt like a scray movie. Meaning, I was completely freaked out.

Nonetheless, I opened the door, and saw, to my surprise, a crying Donghae standing there.

"Donghae? What's the matter? What are you doing here?" I asked, still stratled.

"Sica..." He cried "Can I come in?"

"O-of course!" I let him in and went to look for a towel.

When he had calmed down a bit I asked him, "Hae, what happened?"

He started to cry harder but answered, nonetheless.

"Yoo-Yoon Mi left me..." He stutered "It's unbelievable, ju-just a few days be-before my birthday"

I hurted to see him like that. All hopeless and wounded. So I let myself go and hugged him, not only for his wellbeing, but also for mine.

I hugged him so I wouldn't go straight to the b*tch's house and beat her.

"Don't worry, it's gonna be alright..." I said instinctively.

He stopped sobbing, but was still whimpering a bit.

"I love you..." I said without realizing.

"What?" He asked me, breaking our hug.

"Uh?" I titled my head.

"You love me?" My eyes widened. "Jessica, is that true?"

I couldn't answer, I was in a state of complete shock.

"I-I do..." There went my mouth, betraying me again.

"How long... How long have you been...? You know... Loving me?"

"Ever since you saved me from the " Yup, I have a pretty traumatic life.

"Jess, that was almost two years ago..."

"I know..." I said with my head down. I didn't dare to look at him.

He didn't say anything else.

After a few minutes he got up and left.
