(Your) Shin Ae Mi's P.O.V
You know that feeling of uneasiness when you're in a dark alley?, well that's what I'm feeling right now.

Even though people outside look so cheery and bright, I just can't shake of a weird feeling, it was as if something bad happened or something bad will happen...

'Maybe you're still shocked about that Kai and Sehun dude and the thing about their friend'

I tried to shrug the the feeling away
and continued walking to the direction of the house

...
My eyes widened as I neared the house, 'oh God...why me? please no..'

Mr.Lee and Mrs.Park, my neighbors,  were outside talking to Jungkook...my eyes trailed to the ambulance beside them and everything clicked, I suddenly realized why I got that weird feeling earlier.

"Jungkook!"

He excused himself and turned to me-- seeing his face almost made me cry, his eyes were all red and puffy and he looked as if someone murdered his friend in front of him

"noona...appa is...--"

"Appa! how is he!?" , I asked as I desperately clung onto him

"...noona, let's just....sit down for a bit..", he said trying to pull me with him

but I couldn't move, I saw my father beng carried into an ambulance with an IV stuck to his arm

"he fainted, he'll only have a few days unless he gets a heart transplant" , Me and Jungkook turned around to see a guy which I think was the doctor said

"sir...but we can't afford it..is there any other way?" , Jungkook asked

"I'm sorry to say but we have tried our best these past months to help your father, but he really needs a heart transplant....though It is quite expensive and you may not affor--"

I cut him off by saying , " I-I can pay for it....when will the surgery be?"

Jungkook looked at me as if I had lost it but the doctor gave a firm nod and replied , "It will be as soon as his condition gets better, we'll give you a call" , with that said the doctor left

Me and Jungkook watched as the ambulance left with my father

"...noona...how are we going to do this, why did you say we have money?"

"we do have money...I-I took a new job" , I said as I tried to avert his gaze

Jungkook just looked at me, thinking whether or not he should believe me or not , "okay noona..but don't overwork yourself"

I nodded and gave him a warm smile, "let's go sleep, hopefully tomorrow will be better.."

As soon as we got inside the house, Jungook directly went to his room
'this must be hard for him..'

After I changed and felt comfortable on my bed, I looked around the room to find a certain something, once I found it , I grabbed my phone.

"I hope this is the right choice..."

"yeoboseyo?"

"....K-kai?"

"decided to take the offer after all?"" , I could already imagine him smirking

"y-yeah...when do I start?"

"tomorrow, I'll pick you up at the cafe near the fountain"

THE NEXT DAY

I felt so nervous under kai's stern gaze , 'if looks could kill, I'd be nothing but ash right now' >_<

The silence was broken when kai said , "so...I'll tell you some things about this guy, His name is Xi Luhan, His family is rich, he's handsome...but of course I'm more handsome~" , he chuckled to himself

I giggled at his bluntness and he grinned , "great, you seem less tense now", I nodded in reply

"So are you sure you wanna do this?, there's no turning back now", he smirked

I gulped, "y-yeah..I wanna do this.."

"good, because I'm bringing you to meet him today", after that said he pulled me with him leaving money on the table of the cafe and tugging me towards his car

'I hope I'm doing the right thing'
