“OH MY!” Junhee shrieked with no grace at all as Byun Baekhee appeard in front of her. “Do you want me to faint?!” She closed the door and put her bag on the dressing table.

“Well..,” she grinned. “of course not before I hear your answer. How was he like?”

Junhee sighed. She knew her mom would tell Baekhee about the lunch and she would ask her many things, but she didn’t prepare anything to share to her. One of her eyebrows lifted, meant to bestfriend-since-forever, and Junhee threw her body into the bed. “He was fine”

“Fine? Just fine?” Baekhee replied, clearly not accepting Junhee’s answer. “C’mon.. tell me more”

Junhee sighed in defeat. Baekhee gave her puppy eyes then blink, once, twice. “I mean he was really polite, very formal and..,” Junhee took a breath. “and clean”

“Did he smell nice?”

“Very”

Baekhee smiled then clapped her hands loudly. “Perfect. Just as perfect as your ideal type”

“Baek, it’s-“

“He is nice, polite, clean and smell nice. Since he is a young successful businessman, he must be really smart” Junhee closed her eyes for a moment then opened them again, stared at her in disbelief.

“Anything to add, Miss Kim Junhee?”

“Gosh, don’t call me like that!”

“Because he called you like that!” Baekhee shrieked. She was really happy to see Junhee nearly exploded. She giggled and laid on Junhee’s right side then let out a yawn. “Well, let’s take a nap. I’m really sleepy”

“Nap’s only for baby” Junhee protested.

“Well, we are our moms’ babies” Baekhee yawned again and hugged Junhee tightly.

Junhee chuckled and closed her eyes, ready to follow Baekhee to dreamland. A few minutes in silence, Junhee let out a soft whisper. “Baek...”

Junhee heard Baekhee mumbled a noncoherent word, gave her sign that she still not fully slept.

“His gaze was intense. And I found him intimidating and-“

“GOSH, JUNHEE!” Baekhyun sat up straight and looked at Junhee, wide-eyed. “Tell me more!”

Yifan sat down and opened a blue map, studied the document carefully, trying hard to hold his smile and back to his focus. He couldn’t help it and a small smile appeard on the corner of his lips. He put his pencil as he decided that he couldn’t back to his senses.

That girl was just sweet. She was simply gorgeous in white, it made her rosy cheeks looked really beautiful. She was a real definition of goddess. Her voice was just as smooth as breeze, her hair was so silky that he thought he could run his fingers there without getting tangled, her smile sent warmth and homey feeling. Her lips....

Oh..

Her lips were just another God’s blessing. They were thin, pink and moist. The way she opened her lips to speak, the way she smiled.. that was a new torture for him. What’s worse was she tended to bit her bottom lip when she was nervous. He almost lost all of his senses and self-control then and there. He nearly jumped and claimed those innocent lips if not for his brain constantly reminded his heart that it was their first meeting.

He shook his head in disbelief when someone knocked twice at his office door and it was opened, revealing his mother. He stood up and approached her. “You said you had an urgent business and I guess it was a mere trap” He kissed her on her right cheek.

“She is pretty, right?” She asked as she saw his son’s bright face. She already knew that would be a good decision.

“Dazzlingly beautiful” he corrected his mother. “She is nice, communicative and she laughed at my jokes”

“Which were not funny at all” she teased. They sat on the long, dark brown leather couch which was usually Yifan use to lie down and take a brief nap.

“I couldn’t help but agree,” he smiled. “but I really curious about your intention sending her to lunch”

“Well, my son, you know that your parents are not getting younger. Don’t you think it’s time for you to be in realitionship?” she touched his son’s hand. “It is getting boring to see your face on newspapers alone. Start a scandal, son”

“Mother, I am here to fill this position,” he touched a glass which had Yifan, Wu. CEO crafted on it. “to help Father to run his business, not to cause a scandal”

“You’re in your thirties and many people think that you’re gay” he saw his mother getting impatient as he continued being stubborn. “At least get a fling or something like that”

Yifan laughed, his mother stared at him disbelief, not able to recall when was the last time his son laughed that loud. “Mother, how can I have a fling after I met Kim Junhee?”

“What do you mean?” she asked in confusion.

“Mother,” he crouched down, putting his hands on her mother’s lap. “what will happend if I marry that girl and make her your daughter-in-law?”
