RECAP: Key looked at Taemin, noticing his genuinely confused eyes.

“Uh, yeah. I’m fine, Taemin-ah. Are those three really sleeping?”

Taemin grinned and nodded.

“Yes, hyung. They’ve been up all night preparing for something. I asked them what it was, but they didn’t say anything, telling me to just keep quiet. And then they told me th-“

Taemin gasped and covered his mouth as Key grinned.

So Taemin wasn’t in on them? Oh well. I’ll still be thankful to him in the end.

“What? What did they say to you, Taemin-ah? Come on, you already told almost all of it, so why not just continue and finish?”

Taemin reluctantly put down his hands and sighed.

“Okay, hyung. But you have to promise that you won’t tell them that I told you, okay?”

“I promise.”                                      

“O-Okay. Well, they told me not to tell you all about it. They said that they’ll tell you themselves. A-And that’s it.”

Key smiled and ate his cereal enthusiastically, feeling very happy that the members didn’t forget his birthday.
