"Hey Lay! Mind if we join?" I asked as soon as Lay looked up with a questioning gaze.

"Uhm, no. Joonmyeon that's my room-mate Tao and... His friends?"

I nodded and smiled.

"Hi Joonmyeon, nice to meet you. The one with the eyeliner is Baekhyun, the other is Kyungsoo." I introduced as we sat down.

"Hiiii~!" Baekhyun waved with both his hands.

Kyungsoo just nodded.

"So different." Joonmyeon chuckled.

"Nice to meet all of you. But you may call me Suho, it's shorter and I usually go by that name."

"Just as Yixing goes by Lay?"

Suho nodded with a smile.

"See? Shorter names are cool! Why can't I call you D.O!?" Baekhyun pouted.

"I like my name. Call yourself D.O if you like the name that much!"

Baekhyun just continued to pout.

"But my last name isn't Do..."

Kyungsoo rolled his eyes.

"I'm glad you found friends that fast, Tao."

I grinned at Lay.

"Well, Kyungsoo I just met. Baek wanted to get him since he sat all alone."

"And how did you meet Baekhyun?" Suho asked.

I had to laugh as I remembered our first encounter.

Baekhyun grinned as well.

"I kinda crushed him with a door and then we realized we have the same bag and yeah... From there it went on.

Ah, that reminds me of how the hell did you become friends with Kyungsoo? No offense." I quickly added.

Kyungsoo just smiled awkwardly.

"He was always all alone and I wondered why so I approached him."

"Yeah, and you just wouldn't stop bothering me no matter how many times I told you to leave me alone."

Baekhyun grinned.

"Just admit you love me."

"As if." Kyungsoo scoffed.

"Look who's this. The gay group." Kris mocked as he stood in front of our table.

"I'm not gay." Kyungsoo said but he didn't look at the kingkas.

"Anyone asked for your opinion, midget?"

This time Kyungsoo kept quiet.

I was surprised he spoke up at all.

A nice surprise I must add.

"Oh shut up, Kris. I ain't gay either and if I remember right two of your friends are gay so seriously. Shut up." I said,

looking him straight in the eye.

Baekhyun shifted uncomfortably in his seat and Lay's eyes were telling me to better keep quiet now.

"What..." Kris chuckled lowly.

"Which part of 'don't mess with me' didn't you get?" He threatened me.

"Hm... How about you didn't even say that?"

From the corner of my eyes I could see Kyungsoo smirking.

Suho looked just as troubled with the situation as Lay and Baekhyun.

'Finally...' I thought.

I had been pretty annoyed that I seemed to be the only one who didn't tolerate the school-kingkas' horrible behavior.

At least now I knew I wasn't.

Though I could understand Kyungsoo only dared to talk back sometimes.

He didn't look like he knew anything about fighting.

And he was small.

Even if he knew how to fight he surely had no chance against the four of them.

I mean, even I had problems and I was tall and knew wushu.

"You don't learn, huh?" Chanyeol scoffed.

Immediately Baekhyun lifted his head.

"Yeol. I think he likes you." Kai snickered.

Chanyeol threw him a questioning gaze.

"The little eyeliner queen over here." He said back-hugging Baekyhun.

I stoop up abruptly.

"You can't keep your hands to yourself, can you? Let go of him and annoy someone else."

"He can't..." Kyungsoo muttered to which Kai responded by losing his hold on Baekhyun in favor to sling his arms around Kyungsoo.

"And who are you to know that?" He whispered in his ear.

I was surprised he just let my statement slip but even more as I watched Kyungsoo's reaction.

He looked like one of those manhwa characters who get this red pulsing vein on their head as he twisted Kai's skin between his fingers.

"Ou, ou, ou, ou."

Sehun laughed at the whines of his best friend.

I hadn't even noticed him so far, he'd been so quiet.

I also spotted Luhan next to him who looked more than uncomfortable with the situation as well.

As soon as Kyungsoo retreated his hand Kai pulled his arms back.

"You look so cute but you are a devil..." He pouted.

What the actual !?

He pouted?!

"I'm not cute."

"Tch. We've stayed long enough with those losers. Yeol, Kai, Sehun, we go."

They turned and left with me glaring at their backside.

Luhan turned back around shortly to smile a little a me.

I smiled back and waved it of.

He looked relieved.

I guess I'm one of his only friends then.

With Sehun always shielding him form everyone.

And everyone being too afraid to do anything.

I made a face.

"That was... awesome." Suho said.

I looked at him.

"Lay said you seemed tough and all that but that you dare to talk back like that..."

I just chuckled.

"You see, I'm tall. I know wushu. If there's only one of them I win. Against two I also am most likely to win. But they are four.

That get's a little difficult, then."

He just looked at me amazed.

Same for Lay and Baekhyun.

"Thanks for helping me..." Baekhyun smiled shyly.

"Always. We're friends. I can't stand them anyway and that Kai is too touchy." I said disgusted.

"And thinks he's oh-so-great..." Kyungsoo added.

"Ah, right. Cool move by the way." I grinned at him.

"That pinch? I just wanted to have his hand off of me. That ert."

All of us were laughing at Kyungsoo's remark.

"With you we might even beat them." I smirked.

Kyungsoo thought about it for a moment.

"I don't know. I know where it hurts but I can't really fight... One maybe but not two like you."

I just shrugged.

"It's not like I want to cause a fight."

"Sadly they seem to." Lay said with a sigh.
