Darkness was all I see in that moment, I don't know where and why I am here. I suddenly found myself lying on the ground alone after I woke up, surrounded by complete darkness as I open my eyes

I blinked and slowly sat up. I looked around and panicked as my eyes grew wide. "Where am I?" I whispered silently 

Carefully, I stood up and looked down on my feet. I gasped when I saw that I was standing on nothing. It's like Im floating in mid-air and I'm seriously terrified

I began to breathe heavily and looked around. Hoping to find help or something that could support me. I was afraid to move.. what if I fall right after I took a step?

"but I can't just stand here.." I said to myself and looked down on the grou- air. It took me awhile to gather up my courage and finally, I decided to give it a try.

I took a step forward and was surprised that I can walk.. even though there's no ground. I took another step forward and walked towards... well basically no where.

I looked around and gulped. What is this place?

"Hello?" I voiced out, hoping to find someone here but unfortunately, no one replied.

I continued to walk forward hoping to find light and if I'm lucky enough, maybe a person with a beating heart but as I walk further, a faint voice starts to appear.

"Sweet little child.." a shaky voice whispered from a far. I turned around immediately and saw a small white light. The light came closer and I automatically stepped backwards

"Me?" I hesitantly asked and the voice laughed sending chills to my spine. I've heard this voice before.. but where?

"Shall I give you a gift?" 

"Gift?" My eyes widened when I suddenly remember that voice from the back of my mind. 

It's her. 

My eyes widened when I realised that the light became bigger so I started to run due to fear. "Don't hurt me!" I screamed desperately and ran faster.

Suddenly, another source light bursted out from nowhere infront of me and I stopped running. I looked back and saw the light from earlier, also coming towards me.

"No.. no!" I shouted as I ran towards my right, now running away from the thing that I used to search desperately for. The voice cackled as I ran and not long after that, the voice began to recite a familiar chant.

"Beautiful as a rose, youth eternally flows..

You will live as an immortal like time just froze.."

"Stop it!" I screamed but the chant became louder. I looked back again and saw the light coming closer, even though my legs are about to give in, I ran faster but then suddenly my body collided with an invisible wall.

 "Please.. I don't want this!" I cried and banged on the wall with my fist. "Help me!" I cried and was hoping someone would hear me.

"Prepare yourself as men shows..

Because death will come to them as they come close"

Giving up, I turned around and braced myself for the collision with the light. I closed my eyes and the last thing I remember was my voice screaming

"Argh!" I shouted as I jolted upwards. I woke up covered in sweats and I was panting heavily. Hair was sticking on my face so I put them back in place with my hand and placed a hand on my cheek. "It's been awhile since I had it.." I said to myself and sighed

Suddenly, I caught myself rubbing my left leg. It was until then that I felt a pain on my leg and I furrowed my eyebrows. I removed my hand and my eyes widened when I saw a small bite mark.

"What.." I looked around and saw two beagles fighting beside me in the ground. I quickly seperate them by taking one of them into my arms
