It is all of our dialogues in this week. Instead of say “Good Morning", " Good Bye" and something about job matters, we barely talk.

Nothing.

We have nothing to talk.

Every time I try to talk with her for anything....

Nicole replied in one or two words.

She seems felt so uncomfortable with me.

I feel frustrated.

How can I start conversation with Nicole?
