I set my eyes hard on the test I had just recieved.

"You may now start."

I heard the teacher's signal and began my test.

Every test question seemed to get easier.

It was quite weird, math questions are never easy on tests...

but this was too easy... and I am the most stupidest person in our class.

I frowned but continued the test.

I reached the last question and I was the first one done.

My classmates stared at me in disbelief that I finished before them.

Slowly time passed as everyone began to finish.

"YAH! Jiyeon-ah!"

I turned around and smiled, "Yah! Suzy-Ah!"

We hugged and started to jump around screaming.

"We're finally done!" She took deep breathes as she started to laugh.

She grabbed my hand and we started to walk to the cafeteria.

"Suzy, why don't you come with us."

Suzy and I turned around and saw a few girls calling her.

Suzy pouted and waved as she went to them.

Like a signal she started to laugh as they walked away.

And again, I was left alone.

I scratched my neck as I started to walk to the lunch line.

"Hi Jiyeon."

"Hi Jiyeon."

"Wassup Jiyeon."

"Good Job on your test, Jiyeon."

I heard many things from people, so called my friends.

They weren't really my friends though.

They were, we-only-are-friends-if-my-best-friend-isn't-here-friend.

I smiled away and gently walked away forgetting about lunch.

I felt lonely.

30 minutes later

"The worst ranked test will go to....

Jeongmin."

"The best ranked test will go to..."

The teacher paused for a while, and looked at the ranking with disbelief.

"Jiyeon."

My classmates were silent for a while then I heard whispers.

I was still in shock... 

How can this be.

I didn't even study.

I glanced at Suzy and she wasn't happy for me.

She was mad.

Aren't friends supposed to be happy for each other,

sad for each other,

cry for each other?

I thought she was my only sincere friend but maybe not.

I was in my own little world when I heard, "Are you sure the test ranking is correct?"

"The test ranking is correct, you, Myungsoo got 2nd place."

I heard a book slam onto the ground and a slam of a classroom sliding door.

I didn't want to look behind but I knew who it was,

it was Myungsoo.

No one is happy for me, no one likes how i got first.

My teacher gave me a sheet and I took it as I walked back home.

I went to my mom who was owning a alcohol shop outside.

I handed her the sheet and she looked at it and threw it away.

Then she went away feeding customers.

I went to my room and slammed the door and lay on my bed.

When will I ever become happy again?

The day ended and the sun came up.

It was a Saturday and I put on my jump suit and spun my hair into a bun.

I took out my glasses as I started to run around my neighborhood.

Then I felt someone beside me.

"The test score isn't right."

I looked to my left and saw Myungsoo running with me.

"What if it was?"

"There is no what if."

I stared at him and started to run faster.

"Do you excercise every Saturday morning?"

I nodded my head.

"Well, you won't do that anymore."

I looked at him with a questioning look.

"The top 15 students stay at school and study all day long, seven days straight."

"So?" I asked him.

"You better fix your score."

Then I stopped running.

I couldn't keep it in anymore.

"Why is everyone like this! Can I not get a good score? Do I have to live like this?

Do I have to live in everyone's shadow? Can I live in a world where everyone would be happy for me?

Can I live in a world, where people can talk to me freely?

Can I live in a world where people like me?"

Tears flowed down my cheeks.

Then I ran the other direction as Myungsoo stayed exactly where he was, shocked.
