"Jinah sorry, I can't make it again today." Chanyeol's voice echoed through the phone as Nana clutched to it tightly against her ear

"Its okay really, of course i understand - you are busy." She smiled trying to hold back the tears, looking around the cafe hoping no one would notice her in the corner

"I have to go now but please remember to eat and take care of yourself, bye." The phone disconnected and Nana looked down at her phone - it was her wallpaper a selca of Chanyeol and her smiling happily on the roommate camping trip.

She wishes it would go back to the way it was, when he had time for her, when he would call her twice a day when she woke up and before she went to sleep - he was not  at the roommate house anymore because exo's schedules became too hectic, she understood him most times but it started to become tiring for her. His promises that he couldn't seem to keep, not to mention this was the fourth time it had happened in a month where he called her last minute to say "something had come up"  .

Nana finished her coffee, paid for her drink and left the cafe - her manager picked her up and noticed she was looking a bit down

"Jinah if you're pouting because of that Chanyeol I swear the next time i see him he won't be looking so handsome anymore." He chuckled looking back at her before focusing on his driving again

"Yah oppa, don't be like that." She hit his arm playfully

"You're looking more sad than happy these days I'm starting to worry." He retorted clearing his throat

"I'm fine really, no need to worry okay?" She smiled as the van came to a halt outside the roommate house

"If you say so, i'll see you tomorrow." He waved as Nana got out of the van and shut the door

Chanyeol felt bad about not being able to make it to their favourite cafe to meet her but he didn't want to risk them getting caught by the public especially during the daytime, but he had no choice for he was trying to protect her against the harsh unneccessary words people would say, for his fans who are so protective over him, the last thing he wanted to do was for Nana to get hurt because of him. He didn't realise she was already hurting because of his no shows and ever since he left roommate the distance between them had begin to grow further apart.

It was 1am and he couldn't sleep turning over in his bed he picked up his phone and began to dial nana's number but then he stopped - he got out of bed threw on his jacket and walked out the door of the dorm.
