Drama and Flushed RosesThe day moved on rather smoothly,
or at least that’s what Taeyeon had tried to make herself believe.
Her weekend had been interrupted rudely by her manager,
and now her two group member's,
despite all the reasonable things she loved about them, were here bothering her as well.
The weekend was her time to be alone and relaxed.
Settling on the idea that quite was not going to meet her half way anytime soon,
Taeyeon finished her dinner,
which she shared with the two beauties,
and smiled every now and then at their silly comments and stories.
Lucky for the blonde Tiffany had not brought up anything about her boyfriend,
the man was the last thing the blonde longed to hear about.
It isn’t as if Taeyeon despised the man,
in fact she thought he was a pretty decent guy,
what she didn’t like however was how easy it was for him
to take the woman of her affection away so easily.
The strong emotions she felt towards him subsided with time,
there was no longer a urge to pull
Tiffany from his grasp whenever she viewed them close,
and the breaking sound of her heart whenever
the two dared to kiss in front of everyone grew quite.
She again knew it was based off of jealousy
and the strange desire to push everything
she had for the other blonde away from her thoughts.
Sadly becoming more of a nocturnal
introvert seemed to work the best.
After the kind words for the meal Taeyeon
made her way to the sink kindly taking
Tiffany and Seohyun plates as well and dropping them into the sink light
washing some water over them and
then placing it into the white dish washer.
The two women made their way back to the living room while Taeyeon
bid them goodnight, it was a bit early since 7
wasn’t really a time any of the members ever went to sleep.
But for Taeyeon the day had gone on for far to long and her nerves were shot.
Making her way to the large master
bedroom the woman removed her clothes
not minding the fact that it all dropped onto the smooth
wooden floor warm from the heating in the home.
As orderly as she was the messy things didn’t seem to bother her.
The bathroom was located in her room while the other was for any visitors,
she made her way into the bathroom sweeping
the long blonde locks into a high ponytail.
The woman was used to always being relaxed in her home
and the idea of visitors slipped from her mind
as the warm streams of water hit her collarbone
sprinkling down the small figure, warming her body instantly.
Outside the room was Tiffany and
Seohyun who had relaxed their belly's full,
that was the good part about coming to Taeyeon’s home,
there was always food and usually a warm company.
“No seriously what’s wrong with her?”
The dirty blonde had heard the water in the shower turn on before
she spoke cutting off the makane’s conversation about which
ways are better to cook a sweet potato along
with all the benefits which she had researched herself.
“Unnie just leave it alone”
the brunette spoke moving her hair over
slender shoulder in a left movement annoyed by the pestering
question that Tiffany had continued egging
and asking since they decided to come to the home.
“I can’t she’s like...my best friend”
“Like?”
The younger girl’s voice held
more than a questioning tone,
a sound of slight bitterness ringing after the word.
“Well yeah, my new best man is...”
“Don’t”
Tiffany was taken back by the girl unusual bold comment,
her lips went mum as she viewed the brunette stand from
her seat and make her way to the hall,
“Where are you going?” Tiffany shouted at her.
“Away from your questions Unnie...sorry but I’m really tired”
‘Still sweet even when she’s upset ’
Tiffany thought as she moved back to face the T.V.
, another dash of water began to sound in addition to Taeyeon’s own.
The blonde leaned further into the couch
outstretching her body on the chair
and turning her attention to the T.V.
Seohyun had finished her shower and decided to head to sleep,
Taeyeon seemed to still be in her room
so she didn’t bother to speak ,
just in case the woman was already in slumber.
Tiffany hadn’t head to sleep
yet or that was what the girl had presumed
as she closed her eyes dozing off.
Taeyeon on the other hand was still awake moving through her room.
She packed the things off the floor where she had
placed them and for the extra stress she had,
made her bed.
The light shone bright from the hallway so
Taeyeon made her way out of the room to turn the bright lights off.
She bit on the bottom on her lip trying not to curse at the disorganization of her day,
the one she had planned out so precisely,
Making her way back to the living
room she viewed a figure on the couch,
only the arms hanging over the chair arm were visible but the petite blonde
already knew who it was,
after 7 years of studying the girl it was
easy to distinguish everything about her from others.
“Do you normally sleep on the couch?”
she asked hoping her voice would
wake and startle the other member.
But the effort was in vain,
a sigh escaped her lips as she
rolled her eyes in annoyance.
A matter of months ago this same picture would have
made her heart flutter and cheeks pink,
but now they just got on her nerves.
It was better disguise being angry than being in love,
anger seems to hurt less than the knowing
that what you so desperately want will never come in your grasp.
Placing the remote back onto the mid table after moving around the couch,
Taeyeon turned her attention to the slender woman,
with hands over the eyes and the other over
the chair she seemed pretty relaxed.
“Tiffany”
The blonde whispered at first attempt.
She called the name again and again for another good
1 minute before standing up from the kneeling position she was in,
one she made in effort to reach the woman’s ear easier.
“Are you not going to go to bed?”
she wasn’t expecting a reply
and felt as if she was talking to herself.
“No~I want...I want...”
The mumbling came low
but in the quite home was audible.
“Tiffany”
Taeyeon repeated with more strength.
“What?”
though soft the response held annoyance
as brown orbs open to view the standing woman above her.
“Please head to your room”
Sluggishly the blonde woke from the chair,
Taeyeon backing up as she watched
the woman continued movements.
“The guest room is by...”
She was cut off with a exclaimed mention by
Tiffany about how she already
knew the woman’s well enough.
Watching the lazy moving woman Taeyeon
moved her neck side to side feeling
the tensing emotions clip in her neck.
It was too much,
she had left the group so that she wouldn’t have to deal
with the same over and over again, and by she meant
the emotions she had for Tiffany,
the ones that extended far beyond the
common love she had for the rest of the group.
As the figure moved from her sight
the blonde fell into the chair
leaning her head back as she exhaled,
She thought that her thinking was becoming a bit too much.
Since everything had stopped,
in the sense of her preppyness and out going personality,
she often found herself clutched tightly in the claws of her thoughts,
sometimes she would even say things
that she meant to speak mentally.
It wasn’t a entirely bad thing
but her thoughts were often times conflicting.
In an attempt to rid herself of the thoughts
Taeyeon pulled the drama script from beneath the table.
Since she had already accepted the roll she
decided that reading it and rehearsing wouldn’t be so bad.
A few hours passed and
Taeyeon found herself engrossed in the script,
a smile would curve on her face at the the scenes
which she found incredibly funny
and would frown and nearly tear up at the scenes that seemed far too emotional.
The first few episodes were much of fun
but as she read deeper into the story
it seemed unfitting for her.
Yes she would be categorized as gay but then again
she only loved one woman and that took 7 years,
yes she found many others beautiful or
stunning but never really got the feeling
she had with Tiffany.
The drama seemed very personal and her characters role was....
was to raw.
At least that’s what she thought,
Taeyeon isn’t one to go back on statements
so she didn’t dare call the gorgeous brunette back and quite,
but she did know that her acting
techniques were not way up there.
Putting the script back down at the early hours of 4 in the morning
Taeyeon quickly realized that the day would soon be up and to her,
well,
sleep wouldn’t be necessarily.
She was used to a lack of it,
having to always go on tours and performances
she was one of the best members who
could go days without sleep living entirely off of coffee.
Her next task was to research who she would be working with...
*Park Sora*
The name was accompanied with various pictures
all including stunning hazel eyes and plump pink lips.
The actress was absolutely breath taking with a list of movies
that exceeded any of Taeyeon’s expectations,
the brunette had gotten awards for the majority of her work
and always seem so gracious calculating
all her speeches with sincerity and keeping in contact
with most of the actors and actresses
she had worked with.
Everything was there,
well other than family information,
but Taeyeon wasn’t concerned about that
so it never peaked her suspicion.
The research took only a few hours as she watched some films that the woman acted it,
over taken by the beauties ability to turn into anything and everything,
in some movies was recognizable, to dark or too preppy it
all seemed to mesh so well with who she
was suppose to portray and be.
That was the job of an actress,
to be someone else
and lose yourself
completely.
Sora did it well, she did it too well.
She became intimidating,
the ray of accomplishments along with incredible ability to be someone else,
While others would be happy to work
with such an indescribable woman
Taeyeon continued to doubt.
She continued to watch film after film going down the line,
some were in French,
other in English and a majority in Korean.
No wonder she hadn’t heard of the woman,
her career was too broad and risky for the South Korean society
even though a majority of the company makes
money selling young children as ploys and dolls.
Like the establishment of pop culture was Sora seemed to not be,
she stood out and away. In the interviews she had viewed the woman never
showed movement of being bothered or even worried, when the most imposing
and personal questions were asked she would change the subject so effortlessly
that the interviewers and host wouldn't
even realize until the time was up.
It was evident to Taeyeon but ofcourse that was because
she spend most of her time reading people than speaking to them,
a characteristic she had grown to love about herself.
Ignoring everything around her as she viewed the film on her laptop
which she pulled a while before after deciding to research the actress,
she always placed the medium sized computer beneath the dinning room table
since she always enjoyed writing whenever she was alone and her room was
not a place where she enjoyed much things in,
including technology.
“Awww~”
A yawn escaped Tiffany’s lips as she moved into the living room,
having woken early and taken a shower already.
She turned her attention to the figure in the couch,
her eyes locked on the computer screen and body hunched slightly,
it was only six and though it was expected of Taeyeon to be up
Tiffany didn’t think she would be watching a movie.
Moving over Tiffany leaned a bit over the chair to get a view of the film,
it seemed typical, like every korean drama.
She looked to Taeyeon wondering why her eyes
were so locked on the screen,
her questioning thoughts however were answered with a
beautiful brunette showed up onto the
screen and the woman’s eyes widened.
Tiffany’s eyes narrowed,
“Is that Sora?”
The woman had concluded that rather quickly since
Taeyeon was never interested in anything of the sorts.
Her voice made the blonde jerk ever so slightly
but the movement wasn’t noticed by Tiffany.
Clearing her throat Taeyeon closed the laptop screen and turned to the blonde leaning her head to the side.
“Yes”
The reply simple and straight forward,
before Tiffany had a chance to ask another question
Taeyeon made her way off the couch moving into her room.
The tall blonde wasn’t sure how to react so she just looked on as the petite leader
made her way to her room,
eyes lowering to the sway of her hips.
“Why am I looking at that?”
she asked herself quietly turning to the kitchen to find something that could distract her.
