Im Yoona is in love with her boyfriend, Lee jonghyun. She always is dependent on him, to the point of where she didn't know herself. He would talk for her, feel for her, and her actions were influenced by him. Her innocent image she conveys becomes the mockery of her life when she finds her dearing boyfriend break her heart after 3 years together. Without the strength to move on, she's stuck in the middle of being able to hold on to him and breaking away from him. She goes to Paris, the city of love, to get over him and find assistance of finding herself. Unable to speak the language, she runs into Lee Donghae. The two are opposites, but  are able to get along. With her sadness often seeping through, Donghae looks out for her. His feelings and actions are often interpreted differently than he would like. He becomes her translator, helping her cope her heartache as well explore herself. Before he knows it, he also copes with his own personal problems. A memory that he wants to revive once again, so he can settle his woes.
