Chapter 16

The next morning, the sun rays on Min Young eyes and she immediately covers them with her hand. She checked the time and day. It is already 6:30am Friday. She has to go to the Music Bank and the prerecording starts soon.  She told her manager to not come to the house unless it is urgent. Her manager told her to come to the Music Bank by 7 am. She turns her head to the left and saw Yong Guk right next to her. Min Young turn her whole body afterwards, and looked at him for a good 30 seconds. Then she went to the bathroom to take a shower and get dressed. When she got out, she saw him up and looking at the kids

Min Young: Good morning

Bang Yong Guk: hey. Where you going

Min Young:  Music bank, I have promotion today remember?

Bang Yong Guk: oh yea. Do you want me to come?

Min Young: if you want but wouldn’t the fans be mad?

Bang Yong Guk: I don’t know, but I have to go to TS

Min Young looks at the time and it was 6:50am and said, “you could come”

Bang Yong Guk: alright

In the car

Bang Yong Guk: so what do you have after music bank?

Min Young: dunno I might have to go to Yoo Hee Yeol Sketchbook recording and Kiss the radio recording

Bang Yong Guk: really?

Min Young:  I think so since they are all KBS and I am glad that I don’t have to go back and forth

Bang Yong Guk: what about afterwards?

Min Young:  I might have to go to a magazine photo shoot

Bang Yong Guk: want me to come?

Min Young:  don’t you have schedule?

Bang Yong Guk: yea I do

Min Young:  I already called my manager to call your manager. That we are heading to KBS and he said alright

Bang Yong Guk: when?

Min Young: when I was in the bathroom and I texted him that you might come and pick him up there

Bang Yong Guk: fine

Min Young: alright

Bang Yong Guk: but I am going to ask if I could come to the photo hoot with you

Min Young:  whatever. As I said, it is a maybe

Bang Yong Guk: might

Min Young: whatever. Hold on

Tells the parking booth, “singer Min Young” then he let her in

Bang Yong Guk: Anyways so you are going home really late?

Min Young: I might not go home at all today till tomorrow maybe

Bang Yong Guk: Where is the manager is going to wait

Min Young:  there he is *point him out*

Min Young parks the car and they went to him

Manager: Well finally

Min Young:  oppa, at least I made it. Its 7 am.

Manager: Hello Yong Guk shi

Bang Yong Guk: hyung just call me Yong Guk

Manager: Yong Guk your manager will pick you up in Min Young room. He said that you have a radio show around 2pm in KBS so yea.

Bang Yong Guk: do you know what else?

Manager: nope. He said that he will come in like 2 to 3 hours.

Bang Yong Guk: alright thank you

Manager: no problem lets go now

They got to Min Young room, and Min Young was getting ready to get dressed and everything. Soon she has to go to the stage to prerecord. It took a bit over 10 minutes to get everything settled. Yong Guk and Manager was talking while watching her on stage from afar.

Manager: So how did you meet Min Young?

Bang Yong Guk: excuse me?

Manager: how did you meet Min Young?

Bang Yong Guk: at a high school

Manager: Lyra High School?

Bang Yong Guk: yes

Manager: don’t break her heart

Bang Yong Guk: why is that?

Manager: I saw her since she was a trainee. Mr. Yang wanted me to be her manager ever since she was a trainee. Someday he will debut her. He treats her like a daughter and she almost dropped out because of hardship. Mr. Yang stopped and gave her strength and she debuted now.

Bang Yong Guk: do you know what type of hardship she had?

Manager: well I don’t know the details but I know she is hiding something. I am afraid she will run away from everything. We don’t want to go back and follow the same patterns all over again.

Bang Yong Guk: what do you mean by that?

Manager: she did have slump in her trainee times about 4 times during her 2 years. She didn’t have anyone to rely on nor had friends in the company. She wanted to stay in the shadows unless it is at the evaluation end of the month. N
