"Chaerin ah go back first. It's getting late already." Daesung said, sitting down on the bed.

" It's alright. I can stay here. You rest first oppa." Chaerin smiled, grabbing the chair, before sitting down.

" Come back tomorrow! Go back and rest now. Do you need me to call my manager to fetch you back?" Daesung asked her, noticing

the dark circles under her eyes.

" You sleep first. Gosh.. so whiny. Just sleep already!" Chaerin said, rolling her eyes.

 
" Alright. Stay here then. But where do you sleep? One panda maknae is enough, please don't turn yourself into another one. "

Daesung said jokingly. 

" This hospital chair is really comfy oppa. Is this ward like premium or something? Wow." Chaerin said, exaggerating a bit. In true fact,

the chair was really uncomfortable and all. But she knew that Daesung would ask her to go back and sleep if there's any discomfort.

" Really?" Daesung peered at her with suspicious eyes.

"I don't believe you, let me try it." Daesung said finally, standing up from the bed and motioning for her to stand up. 

" Wha-what? No! Oppa you sit back down! " Chaerin shouted, immediately pushing him back to the bed. 

" Hey! Is that how you treat a patient? Pfft... don't even behave like a girl." Daesung smirked, trying to hide the embarassing fact that

he got shocked when Chaerin shouted for him to sit down.

"I'm going to sleep oppa. You go and rest also. If there's any pain anywhere wake me up, got it? " Chaerin said, turning to one side.

 
"Got it. Why do you always behave like an old granny? My god... even more naggy than my mom. Rest well." Daesung said, before

lying down.

During the wee hours of that night, Daesung woke up, in a pool of sweat. He winced as the pain started to engulf him. The doctor told

him not to walk around, but he did.

And maybe that aggravated his injuries further.

The sharp pain from his pelvis throbbed through each part of his nerves, sending strong signals to his brain.

His hands gripped the sides of his stomach, knuckles turning white as he desperately tried to stop the pain below the area he was

clutching. 

Tears rolled down his cheeks as the horrible pain engulfed him.

" Chae..." he managed to say in a hoarse whisper through his chattering teeth, as he looked at the back view of the sleeping girl.

He gritted his teeth together, brows knitted into a tight confusion, not knowing when and how this pain started, unknowingly curling into

a ball. 

Chaerin woke up, feeling weirded out at what could possibly wake her up as she was a deep sleeper all along.

She turned her head to look at Daesung, ensuring that he was sleeping well. She saw Daesung curled up into a ball and smiled at how

awkward that position looked.

She wanted to turn away, but she felt something wrong and looked closer.

Daesung's shoulders were vibrating a bit and soft groans through heavy breathing was heard.

"Oppa...you okay?" Chaerin said, walking towards the bed, obviously scared of the weird panting noises.

"OPPA! WHAT'S WRONG?! " Chaerin screamed when she turned Daesung around and saw him soaked in his own sweat and tears,

hands gripping the side of his stomach.

" Oppa, I'm going to get help. Stay here. Oh God. Oppa, can you hear me? Oh my gosh.." Chaerin said, voice shaking with fear, as

she rubbed her hands together in the state of panic.

She dashed out of the ward, scaring one of the nurses on duty.

" Save him! He's in pain! HEY! SAVE HIM!" Chaerin shouted, grabbing the nurse by her sleeves and shaking her.

"What's wrong-" the nurse started to say but before she could even finish, Chaerin dragged her into the ward, pointing at where

Daesung was lying. 

"Save him please! Please.." Chaerin pleaded, by this time, tears pouring out from her eyes.
