Subin's POV
"ugh!" I screamed out in frustration, at this point, I was already shedding tears and Jason's cries were basically a repetition in my brain now. "I am literally ready to throw you out the window!"
"dear, are you okay?" mama asked - yes, Mark's parents wanted me to call them mama and papa.
"mama, I haven't been able to sleep in 2 days and Jason won't stop crying and he won't eat or go to sleep and-"
"dear, calm down" mama said cupping my face and wiping away the tears "give me Jason, I'll take care of him for tonight"
"but I can't ask you to take care of him" I said
"you're stressed Subin, you need some sleep. Don't worry, give me my grandson" mama said
"thank you mama..for everything" I said gratefully. For the past two weeks, they've been more than welcoming to me and I don't know how I could ever repay them.
"go to sleep, dear. You need it. Good night" mama smiled taking the crying baby out the room.

The next morning, I woke up around 1 pm, the first thing that came to my mind was 'Jason'. I shot up and ran out into the living room, where I found everyone hanging around.
"morning~ or I mean, good afternoon" Joey smiled
"afternoon" I yawned "where's Jason?"
"he's sleeping in our bedroom" mama said "come eat, Subin. You must be hungry"
"was Jason too much trouble last night?" I asked "I'm sorry, mama"
"it's alright. Dealing with this 4 times already, I know how hard it is" mama chuckled "Joey was the first"
"mom!" he complained
"Subin, does your fiance know that you're missing?" Jessica asked
"I sent him a text saying I'm staying somewhere else, but he doesn't care. All my fiance cares about are money and , he wanted to ruin me...I'm still scared" I sighed
"your fiance needs some Tuan -kicking" papa said holding up the steak knife
"oh my God, papa put the knife down" I said and they laughed
"but really, that jerk fiance of yours needs to get beat up for hurting my daughter-in-law" papa said
"Mark and GOT7 already beat him up before" I chuckled feeling warm with his security. Mark was definitely lucky to have a family like his, at times like these it makes me wish to have normal close-knit family with a lot of siblings.
"that's my boy" papa said and sat down next to Joey "when you get a girlfriend Joey, you better treat her like Mark treats Subin"
"I will dad" Joey nodded
"I want more grandkids" papa said
"uncle, Tammy and Grace already have kids, and now Jason, how much more do you want?" Jessica laughed
"I expect at least 2 each from Joey and Mark, you're halfway there Subin" papa winked making me choke on my food
"stop with the kid talk, they're still young" mama chuckled cleaning up the table "Subin, after eating. Do you want to go shopping for clothes? You're going to staying here a while and I doubt you want to go back to that other home of yours"
"I'll pay for it, mama." I said "I still have my debit cards"
"at least let me buy something for Jason" mama said and I nodded
"Jess, wanna go shopping with us?" I asked
"sure, I'd never turn down a shopping spree" Jessica smiled
"that means Joey and dad will watch Jason. don't kill him" mama reminded
"oh! I'm getting a skype call from Mark!" Joey said hooking up his computer to the tv "bro!"
"hey Joey, how is it over there?" Mark asked
"cut the crap, you wanna know how jie jie's doing right?" Joey asked
"jie jie?" Mark scoffed
"hey Mark, how'd you get a girl like Subin?" papa teased "she's way out of your league"
"right? I so agree, uncle" Jessica said dragging me to the coach
"wow. Thanks dad, Jess" Mark scoffed. His face immediately brightened once he saw me "Subin-ah, how's living with my family?"
"fun, absolutely great. You know, I'm really jealous that you have a family like this" I pouted
"my family is now your family" Mark smiled gently "where's Jason?"
"sleeping" I said
"10 bucks they're speaking dirty" Joey whispered to Jessica
"psh, 20 bucks" Jessica said
"30 bucks that Mark's gonna get beat up if they are" papa said
"we're not" I said
"look who woke up" mama said entering the living room with Jason
"he's not crying" Joey said as I took Jason into my arms
"is that Jason?" Mark asked and I nodded showing Mark his face "aww..he's so cute"
"say 'annyeong appa'" I said taking his small hand
"I see our god-child!" Bambam shouted
"he's not your god child!" Jackson shouted "he's mine!"
"oh my God" Jr said "hi noona, aww annyeong Jason~"
"hello everyone~ my name is Youngjae!" he introduced himself "how are you?"
"Youngjae-ah, we know who you are" I said
"Mark hyung told us you were sleeping at his family house, how is it noona?" JB asked
"it's great" I smiled
"Mark just disappeared" Joey said
"nah, we're just sitting on him" Jackson dismissed
"get off me" Mark said his voice muffled "you guys are heavy!"
"so why'd you call bro?" Joey asked
"oh, we have good news! JYP Nation is going to LA! It's in 2 months though" Mark said
"2 months? it's so long" I whined
"it's been 7 months since-"
"okay okay, I get it. Now I need to go, love. Ready to shop, Jess? mama?" I asked
"let's go" mama nodded
"wait I actually need to change, hehe" I smiled sheepishly "bye love, talk to you boys later~"

After a good three hours of shopping, we decided that it was time to go home.
"thanks again for the outfit Subin" Jessica waved
"it's no problem, get home safely Jess" I smiled walking with mama. She looked at her phone and gasped before she lightly hit my shoulder "mama"
"how could you not tell us that it was your birthday today?" she scolded
"ah. I didn't want to make it a big deal, like it always was at home" I looked down
"do you have a story about your birthday too, dear? did you not celebrate it back in Korea?" she asked
"I did" I nodded "it was always a huge deal for my parents, from the time I was 12, my birthday parties were always like business events. I realized it was never really something I wanted, so I always dreaded whenever my birthday came around. It would just be another business event every year"
"kiasinpu*" mama said moving the stray pieces of my hair "in our family, we celebrate birthdays happily. It's unfortunate that the day is slowly fading, but for the rest of today, it's dedicated to you. What do you want to do?"
"I'm fine just staying home with Jason...I don't want to do anything special" I answered getting in the driver's seat. The drive home was rather silent, and I couldn't help but feel guilty that I disappointed her. My phone was ringing when I put the car in park, and answered it, watching mama enter the house. "hello?"
"yah, you little brat, how could you not even give me a call for the past 7 months? I had to find out from Mark that imo and samchun sent you to LA" Soohyun hotly scolded
"annyeong oppa" I said calmly
"how are you?" he asked "gwenchana?"
"na gwenchana" I said "mianhe oppa, I didn't know your number and umma and appa restricted me from calling back home"
"what about Junyoung?" Soohyun asked
"I haven't seen him for two weeks" I answered
"he knows you're living with Mark's family" he asked and I let out a sound of approval "nappeun sekki. His fiance is gone and he doesn't even give two s...they're treating you well?"
"deh oppa, very well...better than umma and appa. This is a good environment for Jason to grow up too" I nodded
"nae sachon, bogoshipo" he said
"nado oppa" I said
"are you happy?" Soohyun asked
"not entirely" I said "I don't have oppa, or GOT7, or Mark...but I'm okay"
"saenggil chukahae Subin-ah, I know I'm 6 years late" he said
"komawo anyway oppa" I said
"is there anything you want?" Soohyun asked
"ani...I'm fine" I said "jamkamman! watch over Mark and GOT7 for me oppa, make sure that umma and appa don't hurt them, it's my only wish"
"I'll try my best Subin-ah" he said
"I need to go now oppa and check up on Jason" I said getting out of the car and locking it
"send me a picture, oh?" Soohyun said "I wanna see my nephew"
"arasso oppa, at this number?" I asked
"mhm. Call you later Subin-ah, saenggil chukahae" he said
"bye-ing~" I chuckled hanging up. I sighed and walked towards the front door, locking it after I entered the house.
"surprise!"
I looked up to see a banner that says 'Happy Birthday!' and about 10 figures under it.
"so this is Mark's dream girl" a woman said "I'm Grace and this is Tammy, we're Mark's sisters"
"o-oh..what's happening?" I asked confused
"your birthday party" papa said "we can't let a day like this pass by quietly"
"but how..?" I said putting the shopping bags down
"Mark told us when you left with mom" Joey said "why didn't you tell us jie jie?"
"I didn't think it was that big of a deal" I said sheepishly
"of course it's a big deal" papa said "it's our first daughter-in-law's birthday with us"
