Kisa Huang was born and trained to be a skilled spy and assassin, and she's ever so close to taste freedom from an entire lifetime of endless bloodshed. To be able to finally live her own life (normally) means one more task: to kill one more person, and her final target will be Chanyeol Park. It's seemingly easy to murder the innocent and naïve 18-year-old with big eyes, but no amount of martial arts and weapon training could ever prepare her for what high school has in store for her.

Foreword
“Would you die for me?” Chanyeol asked abruptly.
Kisa froze and remembered why she was here. It wasn’t to get to know Chanyeol more, it wasn’t to spend time with Chanyeol, but it was because she had to kill him.
“Well, would you die for me?” Kisa repeated his question as her answer, trying to avoid his question.
“If it came down to the final moment, I would die for you, Kisa,” Chanyeol said, sounding more confident as he spoke.
She nervously laughed and rubbed her neck. “Wh-why? You barely know me,” Kisa tried to reason.
“But Kisa, you probably have someone out there who loves you very much. You have at least one family member who loves seeing you come home after school everyday, and if you’re gone, they have no one else named Kisa Lee to ask ‘how was your day’. And as life goes on, you will meet more and more people who will care enough to see you at your high school graduation and at your wedding. You have all of life to live, as far as the limits may be, so yes, I would die for you because you deserve all of the love that life will offer you,” Chanyeol said, not faltering on a single word.
Chanyeol smiled at Kisa. It was strange to Kisa, feeling affection from someone (other than Kyungsoo or her brother) who had good intentions. She felt cautious around this guy who was so open-minded to others, but his kindness felt just as warm as his smile. Kisa soaked in his heart-felt words, first feeling content from his care, but then bitter. If only he knew what she really deserved in life.
“A lot of people are worth dying for, worth smiling for. There are many people like that. But I’m not worth taking the bullet for, Chanyeol. If we run into a situation where I’m at the unfortunate end of the trigger, you should just stand there and just watch me die.”
