Kyuhyun took a sip from his neon-pink coloured vodka "yikes" he frowned and looked around his oh-so-crazy surrounding again.There,his eyes laid on the

boy who was lying on the grass again,unmoved.He stared at him,wondering what he was thinking as he seemed to be so spacing out,unaware of crazy

drunk teens around him."Maybe,I should go and talk to him?"Kyuhyun was surprised by his own thought."What?"He'd never been a people-person or

whatever(he hates people,okay?)He never gave a damn about a complete stranger who didn't even notice him.After struggling with his mind for a couple of

minutes, he finally decided to go and talked to him as he was so freaking bored of sitting himself alone.At least,having someone to talk to when his only

friend here Eunhyuk is nowhere to be found."Making a new friend means earning some perks,right?"Kyuhyun stood up,took his vodka cup and walked

around the pool to talk to still-lying-on-the-grass guy.

"Hey!Watch out!"

"Ouch!" Kyuhyun groaned and caressed his the back of his neck which was just hit by a ball.

"You just get into our way,k?" the person in the pool who was playing water-polo complains when he received a glare from Kyuhyun.He snorted in

annoyance and walked to the guy on grass.He was laying there with expressionless face untill Kyuhyun approached him.He stared at Kyuhyun before he

gather up and sat on the grass.

"uhm hi"Kyuhyun awkwardly greeted,didn't know why the he was nervous."Wait.Was he nervous?"

"hey"the boy smiled genuinely at Kyuhyun.

"I'm Kyuhyun"He said,returning a nervous smile.

"Sungmin.Well,are you going to stand there?come sit here?"the boy named Sungmin said before moving a bit to make a space for Kyuhyun though the

grass was wide enough not only for the two of them but for the rest for the partying people.

"Yea-yeah sure.thanks" Kyuhyun sat beside Sungmin,didn't know how to continue the conversation with him.(Didn't he tell that he was socially awkward?)

After passing a moment of awkward silence or two, "Do you want a sip?"Kyuhyun said,before shoving his vodka cup at Sungmin.Finally,he managed to

continue the conversation "yay" he thought.Sungmin said nothing but instead he let out a light chuckle and raised his right hand a little bit to show his

vodka cup to Kyuhyun.

"U already have one" Kyuhyun mumbled and smiled.A bit embarrassed."Well,there's no need to."

"Yeah neon-blue" Sungmin nodded and took a sip before looking at Kyuhyun again.

"By the way,I've never seen you before?" he continued,frowned a little in concentration.

"I'm new here" Kyuhyun replied, unconsciously pulling some grass from the ground and brushed his hand in his jeans to remove some soil.Sungmin

nodded in acknowledgement, took another sip.

"Uhm what are you doing here?Like,I mean you're not joining the others and just lying here.So, uhm you know? not that I - well sorry"Kyuhyun rambled

and mentally slapped his face for asking such an awkward question.

"Nah,it's okay. well, I'm looking at the stars and maybe also a sky.But especially stars?I don't know."He beamed at Kyuhyun cutely and shrugged(whoa

man, he's so adorable.whoa)

"oh okay" Kyuhyun smiled a little.

"Just kidding.I'm looking at the stars because I have a story behind it that someone told me??"Kyuhyun frowned a little and Sungmin giggled at Kyuhyun's

confused face.

"Now,you are staring at me like a 5 years old child who just jumped out of the fairy tale and convincing you to believe that Snow white ate poisoned orange

instead of apple" Sungmin jokingly said and laughed.Kyuhyun also laughed, feeling comfortable after that.

"You can't tell that by my look. you know?" Kyuhyun teased back. Both of them beamed at each other and looked up at the sky again.It was so beautiful

like a canvas that was painted all black and diamond-like stars.But beyond his fondness over sky,Kyuhyun noticed that Sungmin is distractingly too pretty

to be a guy.The black fringe was hanging over his beautiful forehead when the breeze brushed his skin.His pointed nose and his M-shaped pouty lips

perfectly lying on the flawless face and his jaw lines ended at the pale neck.Kyuhyun was admiring so much that he felt guilty at himself.Because

Sungmin was aesthetically good looking and Kyuhyun was like kind of gawking at him.Sungmin didn't seem to aware though (or maybe he didn't mind at

all) as he was still looking at the sky full of stars.They didn't notice how much time had passed untill someone's voice interrupted behind them and brought

back their own thoughts to the earth.

"Sungmin,I was searching for you around the house"Another boy with dark brown hair said, placing a hand on Sungmin's shoulder.

"Donghae?"Sungmin turned his head to looked at the boy and smiled "I'm sorry.The party inside is too noisy and hot to stay" he continued and Kyuhyun

felt uncomfortable for taking Sungmin's time."I'm such a disturbing crap"he thought to himself.

"Anyway,we get to go.It's almost 12pm" the boy named Donghae said,pulling Sungmin to stand on the grass.Sungmin shot a apologetic smile at Kyuhyun

and Kyuhyun just smiled back and nodded.

"So,Kyuhyun.It is really nice of you to keep company with me.I have to go now"He said after brushing some grass off of his jeans.

"Yea-yeah okay.Thanks for not minding at me for disturbing you" Kyuhyun also got up and stood in front of Sungmin.

"You're not disturbing me.Not at all"Sungmin replied.A small smile forming on his lips.

"So,I'll see you around then?" Kyuhyun asked, felt a little bit disappointed by the thought of staying alone at the party when Sungmin was gone.

"We will" Sungmin gave him one last smile and walked to Donghae who was waiting for him beside the pool,chatting with some people.

Kyuhyun looked untill Sungmin disappeared in his sight and he felt the sudden heaviness curled up around his heart. Sighing, he sighed and laid on the

grass,looking at the stars again.

"What kind of story about you guys makes Sungmin looked at you?" Kyuhyun unconsciously asked to no one,feeling the midnight breeze and he kept

silent.

maybe,the beating of his heart is louder than the music coming from the party.
