Finally! Christmas break is almost here, and you know what that means? Party time! I, as the most popular person in school, host the Christmas party every year. Venue? My mansion! Of course, my parents agree to that. They think that it’s a good opportunity to “promote their business”. Whatever. That’s not my problem.

 

“Hey, boy!” I called Yuri while she was fixing her locker.

“What do you want now, princess?” she said, obviously annoyed by my way of calling her.

“I need your help.”

“For what?”

“I need you to give anyone you see…this,” I held up my invitation.

“What? No way am I getting involved in this,” she said as she closed her locker.

“Come on, boy~ Please~ Here’s yours~” I handed her her invitation.

“I’m sorry, princess. I’m not going to your party.” She pushed my hand back.

“You have to go… Please~” I pouted.

She shook her head slowly while giving me her stare.

“Please go, Yuri~” I smiled.

She looked at me a little more, then sighed. “I can’t believe I’m doing this…” She got the invitation.

“Thanks, boy! Promise, alright?”

“Yeah, yeah…”

“Oh, and here are some more invitations. Give them out, okay?”

“Yah! I didn’t agree to this! Yah!”

“Bye~”

 

After sort of convincing Yuri to distribute some of the invitations, I started handing out some myself.

 

“For you,” I gave a girl.

“Thanks!” she smiled.

 

“You’re invited!”

“Oh, my gosh! Thank you, Jessica!” she cheered.

 

“Please come!”

“Oh, sure.”

 

“Yours,” I gave a guy, then immediately left.

“I told you she likes me!” he told his friends.

“She also gave us, dude…” they told him.

 

“This is for you!”

“Really? Y-you’re…inviting me?” the girl asked, surprised.

I smiled.

“Thank you! Thank you!” She was about to hug me when I raised my hands and said, “Don’t cross the line, girl.”

“Oh, sorry… Sorry…”

“It’s okay,” I said.

 

“For you, my friend~” I gave another guy.

“Really? I’m your friend…Jess?” He turned around, and my eyes widened when I realized who I’ve given the invitation to.

“Y-you?!”

“Hey, Jess. Thanks for the invite!” Donghae grinned.

“Yah! Give that back!” I tried to get the invitation back, but he was raising it too high.

“No way! You already gave me, so I’m invited. See you in the party, Jess~” He started walking away.

“You better behave in the party! I don’t want you to embarrass me.”

“Me?” He pointed to himself. “Embarrass you?” He pointed to me. “I don’t embarrass you,” he smiled. “You embarrass yourself.”

“How dare you say that?!”

“Because it’s true!”

“Ugh! Whatever! Just behave, okay?”

“Behave?” he laughed. “Who behaves in a party? It’s a party for a reason, you know? We’re supposed to have fun!”

“Uggghhhhh! I hate you! I really, really hate you!” I shouted then stormed off. I then heard him laughing…so loud…so…annoying!
