Kwangmin goes to the hospital after an accident, only to find someone who looks exactly like him. He is afraid and wonders how this could be. The other boy is wary of him, also. What's the meaning of this?

In futuristic Korea, twins have not been even considered to be possible. Only one child at a time, and it’s heard that if twins are conceived, one is ‘terminated’. They cannot be born on accident, and when they are born, they are special. Twins are also in danger, and must be protected at all costs. If the wrong people get to them, they will die, after being tested on, a process much worse than death itself. They must come together and stay with one another, because their lives will be at stake, if they are apart.
