You stepped into the classroom while trying to remember some fomulas in your brain. Your heart felt like it was about to burst. This was the first time you ever felt this way before the exam. You didn't study as much as the last exam. That was because you couldn't stop thinking about that strange flashback you had with L. Why were you feeling that way?
You sat down onto your chair to see the evaluation paper in front of your eyes. You swallowed hard and began to write your exam.
Coming out of the classroom, after two hours. You were finally at ease. The final evaluations were finally over. Therefore winter break started, now! You let out a heavy sigh and smiled in relief. You took out your phone to see L's message.
"Hey, When your done writing your exam, i'll be waiting for you outside."
*He came?* You smiled widely as you went to go find him at the front of the school. He had his back leaning against the pole with hands in his pockets. He was looking up into the sky. You grasp onto your shoulder bag and walked up to him. He looked down to see your smile, He couldn't help but you smile back.
"How was the exam?" He stepped in front of you. "It was easier then I thought it would be." L noticed that you were shivering as he took his scarf off and wrapped it around you. "What about you, your going to be cold!" You looked down to the scarf that was wrapped around you. You were about to take it off to put it back on him but he held your hand before you could do so. Slowly, he put your hand back to your side. The way he was gazing his your eyes made you feel like the two of you were the only ones on earth.
L leaned in to give you a kiss on the forehead. You weren't anymore as he brought you close to his warm chest. He hugged you so tight that you couldn't feel the cold breeze anymore. You felt so comfortable at this moment. You didn't want to move, you didn't want to ask any questions. You stood there with your eyes closed, enjoying his warm chest.
L let out a little sigh. "When will you fully recover ~~~~~~," He whispered into your ears.
After L's warm embrace, the both of you decided to go to the cafe. L wanted it to be a little date. He laced his hand into yours, you looked down and looked back up to him. He gave you a sweet grin and you couldn't help but to chuckle. L looked ahead and stopped. Your smile faded as you stopped and followed his eyes. Ahead, there was a furious Daniel glaring at L. He walked up to the both of you. He didn't even bother glancing your way. It was like he wanted to challange L in a staring contest.
"D-Daniel.." You whispered. You didn't know what was going on with him right now, You have never saw Daniel this furious before. In a quick second Daniel punched L in the eye.Your eyes widened while L was taken aback by Daniel's actions that he almost fell down the snow. But he managed to stay balanced.
"L!" You went by L's side and cupped his face, His eye was getting swollen. L glared at Daniel. "What the hell is your problem!" L was about go after Daniel but you stopped him "What is wrong with you Daniel?" People walked by stared at the three of you. You looked around and didn't want this to be a big problem.
Daniel softened he looked at you. "~~~~~.. Can I talk to you?" He was hoping you'd say yes. You found it abit strange of Daniel, He came out of no where and knocked L out, now he wants to talk to you. Right now, Daniel reminded you and L of someone but it didn't ring a bell to you. It seem like L knew who Daniel reminded him of.
"Please?" He said once again. A part of you wanted to go and a another part of you wanted to bring L home so that you can help his eye. L looked over you and place his and over yours which was holding on to his arm. "Go." He muttered quietly, He gave you an assuring nod.
L knew that even though Daniel reminded him of no other then Taesung. He knew that Daniel had the trust in him. Daniel was far from being someone like Taesung. L believed that you and Daniel were best friends, thats why, L was letting you go talk to him.
You blinked at L. "But, L.." "It's okay." He gave you a smile to assure you that he was fine. You gave him a little nod and walked over to Daniel. The both of you went into the cafe. *If Daniel didn't appear today, I'd be having a great time with L right now.* You frowned abit, it's not that you didn't want to see Daniel.
The both of you sat down. You ordered a small latte while Daniel didn't want anything. After the waitress left, you looked over to Daniel. His head was facing the table. He didn't have the courage to look at you in the eyes.
"What is going on with you? I haven't seen you in like forever, and then you come out of no where and you hit L. Did L do something to you?"
L lost all trust for Daniel when he remembered what Taesung tried to do to you one time when Taesung confronted you. L immediately walked into the cafe, not worrying what other people would think about his swollen eye. L sat across from your table as he placed the menu in front of his face.
"He did." Daniel looked up to you. "He stole you away from me.." Your eyes narrowed, "What are you say-" "I love you.." Those three words startled you, Your eyes widened, "D-did you just say you love me..?" He didn't say anything.
L Could hear eveything he was so foused with your conversation with Daniel that he didn't know that the waitress was trying to get his attention so he could get his order.
"I felt this way about you ever since i met you, the feelings I had built up more and more each day, During this time, when i couldn't see you. My heart ached in pain"
"T-then where were you all this time?"
"Honestly speaking, I was trying to avoid you, but I geuss it didn't work. When I saw you with L, holding hands, it got me angry to know that I can't be like him, who can hold his hands." Daniel put both his hands over yours. L's eyes widened as anger filled his body and stood up.
"Please, give me a chance," He looked into your eyes. You suddenly pulled away putting your hands under the table. L softened and sat back down.
"Daniel, I'm sorry, I can't be with you. I have L and I'll always love him.." You know that those words crushed Daniel. Daniel looked away with a broken heart. It took him a few seconds to act.
"I understand," He forced a smile. "Daniel.." "It's okay, I wanted you to know how I feel for you, That's all I planned for." You opened your mouth but Daniel spoke before you can.
"I have to go... I have work." He lied, He did have work, but he was off today. He got up and walked out of the cafe. You sat there in depression. You felt sorry for Daniel. You saw Daniel from outside of the Cafe door. L was about to get up and go to you but in no time. You ran out the cafe to Daniel.
L followed you, You couldn't find him anywhere. You looked Left to right, but he disappeared. You let out a sigh and crossed the street. The sound of the car honking upon you. Your eyes widened, you didn't know what to do. You stood there with all memories gathered into your mind. You looked to your right and saw L sprinting to you.
"~~~~~~!!!!" He screamed on top of his lungs for you to hear. But for some reason you couldn't hear anything. Just when you fainted, L came as fast as he could has he held onto you pulling you away from the car.
