Next Door, Mr. Charming [옆집 훈남] Chapter_5

"Is that her? The one that spread the rumor?"

"Yupp."

"There it goes -- acting like a piece of trash again."

"Hey, Byun Baekhyun...seriously -- Are you really gonna talk like that? I'm honestly on the verge of not liking you."

"C'mon guys...why're you being like that here...? Don't fight. Byun Baekhyun, chill -- we're here to lift up Jongdae's mood."
" -- Whatever."
"Why're you swearing all of a sudden?"
"Whatever!!"

"Is that girl on your mind?"
"Shut...the up."
"Okay, nevermind. I was just asking.."
"Ugh I'm so pissed. I'm leaving -- see you guys later."
"What!? Where're you going?! Aren't you gonna chill a bit longer?"
"I'm not in the mood to chill -- you guys chill on your own. I'm out."

With a disturbed expression on his face, Byun Baekhyun left the eatery.

As he walked a few paces into the alleyways, he spotted Chanyeol and Minah.

".......Ugh"

He has to pass here, because it's the only route home,
but he finds it weird to cut ahead of them,
and even weirder to continue walking behind them.

"What the . Why do I have to care about them? ㅡㅡ"

With anger building up inside of him, he was about to cut ahead and walk past them,
but Baekhyun suddenly stopped and watched the two, as Chanyeol began taking Minah into a motel.

Suspecting that he must have seen wrong, he rubbed his eyes and looked again, but the two had undoubtedly just entered a motel.

He had said that she was a piece of trash, but he had never thought that she would actually be a piece of trash...;
As disappointment aroused in his mind, his face began to grimace.
 

"Why am I feeling disappointed by a like her...?"

For a while, he stood in front of the motel that the two had entered, thinking of many things, while kicking pebbles with his feet.

Is she really a piece of trash? Or did the guy plan everything out and feed the girl drinks?... 

He even thought sincerely for a second of whether or not he should go in and help her out,
but because he couldn't understand why he was thinking of Minah,
he just walked home with a quick pace.
