36. ULTIMATUM

White, all white.

Ivy thought she was in heaven. Good. Because she is finally sick of all the things around her. The second she thought she could be at least feel normal, that is also the second Ivy has screwed everything once again. Now they are running for Myungsoo. Not good. It suppose to be her, and Jiyong, not that she despise her brother but some things are just inescapable. Some people are just born to die sooner than the other and Ivy pretty much sure it was her day, but then again, the reality is that she does survive. Ivy groaned the first time she opened her eyes. Suzy was busy moving around to notice that Ivy was awake already. "Is it that bad?" Ivy said. Suzy turned her head around and saw that Ivy is glaring at her surrounding. "No, but it almost hit your heart, but since it was a small gun so yeah, not that bad," Suzy sighed. "Why did you sigh?" Ivy said. "Listen, Jiyeon, you are not going to like it but-" Suzy paused. "No, tell me everything is okay," Ivy glared, her voice trembled. "No, it's not. That's why GD asked me to keep you here for days until everything calm down but I know you can't do that and I can't give you another sleeping pills," Suzy said. "Is he okay?" Ivy cutted. "GD is okay," Suzy said. "No, he-screw it, I'm going to look for myself," Ivy jumped off the bed. "Ivy! Don't-". Suzy's voice died when Ivy slammed the ward' door hard. The corridor was empty, it's like eveything died when she slept. Ivy just know one thing, she need to see him, but then again, he might already died. Ivy ran to Jiyong's workroom. Jiyong knows something,no, he knows everything. Ivy barged into his room just to find him sitting on his fancy couch. "I just told Suzy to keep you away from everything for the next few days and here you are, standing, that glare," Jiyong sighed. "What would you be thinking if you saw me dying, Ji?" Jiyong said, his gaze still fixed on his folded hand. "I weren't dying," Ivy said. "But I thought you were, dammit!" Jiyong suddenly yelled. "And worse, it's because you are tring to block that ty bullet from hitting me," Jiyong yelled again. "Then you want me to just let that ty bullet hit you? And I will feel guilty for the rest of my life?" Ivy yelled too. "Yes, because if you didn't wake up, I wouldn't be able to live, because of that guilty!" Jiyong snapped. "Listen, I don't know if Suzy has told you but-" "What is that?" Ivy said as she pointed the brown envelope on Jiyong's desk. "Nothing," Jiyong snapped as he try to hide the envelope. "Funny, Ji. It has the Kronos logo on it and you said it's nothing," Ivy grabbed the envelope. "What is this?" Ivy opened the envelope. "A death wish," Jiyong said. "For us," Jiyong said as his eyes finally met her sister's, who as expected, just nodded. "You don't understand, Ivy," Jiyong said sternly, when he saw her sister putting back the envelope without looking on it' content. "What's new, GD? They want to kill us every single day," Ivy scoffed. "Because right here, right now, we are living inside the bomb nest," Jiyong said. "What are you talking about?" Ivy said. "When we are out that day-" "That day? How long have I been asleep?". "Three," Jiyong sighed. "They attacked the building with all the gang they have, at the same time we were attacked too, I don't know since when they have so many followers but they did," Jiyong explained. "It was an ultimate chaos. Seunghyun and Daesung, they almost didn't make it," Jiyong sigh
