28. GONE

"Ivy,"

Ivy entered the room and immediately turn off the screen when she saw GD putting the last tape. "If you are going to tell others the truth, you could've done it more properly," Ivy said, glaring at GD. "What? You can bring Kwon Jiyeon back?" GD raised his brow. "She never left," Ivy hissed. "Hey guys," Ivy looking at all the faces in the room then she fell silence. Anyone can tell that she is doubting her own action all of sudden. "I'm sorry," She finally said. "I should've told you all the truth from te very first place, but I didn't," Ivy took a deep breath. "I'm neither Ivy nor Jung Sanghee. My name is Kwon Jiyeon,". Everyone in the room didn't move or even blink, they just wanted to know about everything. "I was only five when I was told that I am forbidden to say my own name,". 

That night the air seemed much colder than usual. A five years old girl was running through a dark alley in the outer Seoul. She didn't know how long she has been running, or even where she was, but one thing she did know is her parents is dead in front of her eyes and that she is their next target. She needed to run far far away until noone could recognized her. But she was just a little child, she was beyond exhausted. She sat on the pavement, trying to warm herself. Everything is still fresh on her mind. She woke up as usual, greeted by her daddy and his big bear hug, her mommy with her signature pancake and her older brother, who always had this hateful stare. Her day went completely normal before a groups of men in black started to destory everything inside her house and there was one man in a different suit, holding a gun. It was a chaos and the next thing she knew is everyone is dead, including her parents. Her heart became numb and she started to cry until she fell a sleep. She woke up the next day and found she is not in the pavement anymore, she was on the backseat of a car. She thought they have found her and she is soon to be death. She started to go crazy and tried to open the door. Then, her gaze meet the driver'. He stopped the car and turned his body around. "Jiyeonie, calm down," The man said. "I'm not a bad guy, I promise,". But, she started to cry. "Ssh, Jiyeonie. My name is Jung Jihoon and I'm a good friend of your daddy, you are going to be safe with me," Jihoon patted her head. She hestitated to stop crying but she did stop. "Appa' good friend is good, right?" She said. "Of course, I am. I promise," Jihoon smiled. A smile that made her want to believe. The truth is, she wasn't sure whether her brother would be happy to see her or not.
