Kris was working really diligently, as usual. His spectacles reflected the beaming laptop screen as his fingers danced on the keyboard like little mannequins. The typing was constantly at lighting speed with Kris not even glancing at the keyboard for once. It was past midnight when Lay walked out of the room, only to see him still typing his documents on the study table. The younger one was wondering where the giant was gone and there he was, typing and typing. Lay tried to rub the tiredness off his eyes before trotting his way towards the older one. Kris was 200% focused on his project when a pair of sleek arms wrapped around his shoulder, making him loosen his tensed body. He let out a soft sigh before turning his head a little.

“Why are you still awake?” The older one asked.

“Shouldn’t it be me who’s suppose to ask this question?”

“I’m almost done, so you can go sleep first, I’ll see you in the room later.”

Lay gave a big sigh before stuffing his face in Kris’s neck.” You always say that. By the time you come in, I would be sleeping like a log. Can’t you come in a little bit earlier today?”

As Kris felt the warm skin touching his neck, he can’t help but to melt slowly in Lay’s presence. The delicate arms that are wrapped around him felt like a big soft pillow, making him want to climb on bed and sleep with him. If he were given a chance, he would’ve jump on bed and snuggle closely with him already. But Kris knew, if he doesn’t finish this by today, he’ll be so-

“But Krissssssssssssssss”

No Kris you have to finish-

Lay hugged even tighter.

Come on Kris you need-

Lay made some whiny noises.

“Oh alright. I guess I can finish it tomorrow.” Kris surrendered before hugging the younger one back.
