..Day 6

Kai slammed the pen he was holding to his desk while sighing. He kept on checking his phone every seconds. He tried to concentrate on his work but he still cant stop thinking about.. Ga Eun.

Eversince that nightmare, Kai can’t do his activity properly. He seems to become more clumsy and stubborn. He skipped his breakfast also his lunch.

Gosh, where are you? Why aren’t you replying my text?

With a sigh, Kai dial your number for the umpteenth time. “Please pick up the phone, please, please—“ Kai mumbled while closing his eyes, hoping that he will hear your voice soon.

“F—“ Kai threw his phone with a frustrated groan. He ruffled his own hair and slammed his palms to his desk. “..Where are you.”

Kai spent his time at his office before he went to Yewon’s apartment.

“Hi baby.” Kai smiled and plant a soft kiss on Yewon’s forehead before he zombie walked to her living room, resting his tired body on the couch.

“Jongin you look pale. Are you okay?” She sat on the empty spot beside him while staring at his face worriedly. “I’ll make you some foods okay?” Kai and Yewon stared at each other’s eyes before Kai nodded his head.

Yewon also smiled and walked to the kitchen. Kai took off his coat and loosen his tie before he walked to the kitchen to get some fresh drink.

“Smells good.” Kai said while pouring some orange juice to a glass. Yewon just chuckled softly with her eyes still on the foods.

Kai closed the fridge and rest his back on it while gulping his orange juice. “You know—“ Yewon suddenly said, Kai blinked and stared at her while still drinking his orange juice.

“It’s Ga Eun, I tried to call her since this morning but she didn’t pick up the phone. I also visited her apartment earlier but seems like she’s not at home.” Yewon puckered her lips while serving the foods on the dining table.

Kai almost choked on his drink after he heard what Yewon just said. “..I see.” Kai forced a smile and put the empty glass away, “Maybe she’s busy right now.”

Yewon nodded with her innocent face, “Maybe. Dinner’s ready. Let’s eat!” She grinned and dragged Kai to the dining room.
