After a few minutes of waiting, the second car arrives and Kris, Sehun, Kai, Chen, Chanyeol and Lay stepped out of the car. Baekhyun ran over to Chanyeol, Kai ran over to D.O and Kris ran over to Tao. The 'couples' that had been separated for an hour were reunited once more. They formed the group of 12 quickly and lined up for admission tickets into Seoul Grand Park. Suho offered to pay for the outing and the members thanked him before going to the toilet. Poor Suho was left to queue up by himself. Luhan noticed that and offered to queue up with Suho so Xiu Min followed Luhan and accompanied Suho too. Suho laughed and said, "Why are you two hyungs always together? You guys stick to each other like glue!" They all laugh and Xiu Min puts his arm around Luhan's shoulders and says, "Because we're always together Suho! No glue remover can separate us, ever." "Oh yeah, we'll see about that!" Suho said and then, he tries to push them apart but Xiu Min's arm stayed firmly on Luhan's shoulders and Luhan even pulled Xiu Min closer to him by placing his left hand on his waist. They were both laughing at their leader for making such futile attempt (yet a cute attempt) to separate them. To no avail, Suho gave up and said, "Omo, I give up! You two really remind me of an old couple that has been married for years. A very strong couple, in fact."

Xiu Min thought: That's right, our love is so strong. I mean -- our friendship is strong. Nothing can break us apart or separate us. Sigh, I love him so much! It was so cute of him to put his left arm on my waist, that deer... 

Luhan thought: Haha, Suho is right. We are like an old married couple... I wish. I felt so happy when Xiu Min put his arm around my shoulders. He's like a knight protecting my light and love. And he'll be wielding his sword while I watch him. 3.6.5, I'll be by your side, Xiu Min!

Soon, Suho had bought the admission tickets and they went into Seoul Grand Park. They went to visit the botanical garden first as Luhan had planned and the nature surrounded them instantly. Tao exclaimed, "Waa... It's so pretty! Kris, look at those flowers, they're so pretty!" Kris just nodded silently and ran after Tao to follow him. Most of the members were clearly paired up, ChanBaek, Kaisoo, TaoRis, Sulay and of course, the lovely couple, XiuHan. Sehun and Chen were left alone so they decided to disturb the couples and try to join them, being the annoying third wheel. Chen Chen being the troll he was, targeted ChanBaek and went to disturb them. They eventually gave in and let him join in. Whereas Sehun obviously targetted XiuHan. As much as EXO were one, they couldn't help but be with their closest friends, like a class going for an excursion. Xiu Min turned to Luhan and said, "Thanks for catching me when I fell. I could've broken my leg or something." "No problem Xiu Min! I had to save you, I'm your best friend, am I not?" Xiu Min smiled and said, "Of course, you're my best friend, Luhan!" There was a sting of the 'friendzone' that stung the both of them. The idea of 'just best friends, nothing more.' slightly pierced through their hearts and the fact that they not only had to hear it, but they also had to say it, as if it's what they wanted.

Luhan suddenly snapped and thought: Just friends, huh? Does he feel that way or is he just denying it in attempt to cover it up? I'm so tired of not knowing, I need to ask him. Yes, I will ask him today, now. Before I lose all this courage, I'm not gonna waste my only life waiting for love to come to me! I need to act. NOW.

Luhan whispered to Xiu Min, "Errmm, Xiu Min? Could we make a detour to the flower rest area? I need to ask you something in private." Xiu Min opened his eyes wide in confusion and slight suspicion but agreed to Luhan's request. Kai noticed that they were taking a detour into the rest area and told D.O, "Hey, Kyungsoo? Where's Luhan and Xiu Min hyung going?" D.O replied, "Hmm, do you wanna chase after them, Jong In?" Kai bit his plump lips while thinking about it for a few seconds. He said, "I don't think we have to... Look! Sehunnie is going after them. We should just tell Suho hyung and the rest of them to walk slower to wait for Xiu Min, Luhan and Sehun." D.O nodded and quicly glanced at the detour once more while raising his right eyebrow and turned back quickly to follow Kai. The rest area was empty, there was a beautiful flower arch right above Xiu Min and Luhan and they were alone in the huge empty space. Luhan said, "Xiu Min, we're really, really close and I know we've been friends for a long time but... " He then remembered Kai's words to him this morning. 

~Flashback~

Kai said, " But are you sure you really love him? This world doesn't exactly uhhm, accept gays 100% yet. Not saying I'm against it but Luhan, we're celebrities, the situation's totally different. We're often being put in the spotlight and attention of the media. As a maknae, I know I don't have the right to tell you this and it's inappropriate, but just re-think it again." 

~Flashback end~

Luhan spaced out for a bit and started to freak out and doubt his bold decision. He was scared. Scared of rejection, scared of others and what they would think, he was scared of everything. But is Xiu Min's love more important than everything else? The answer was obvious. Yes. Luhan quickly cleared his throat and continued, "Do you --   Suddenly, Sehun tapped Luhan on his shoulder and shouted, "Found you!" Luhan got a shock and jumped. Xiu Min was laughing out loud as he had long seen Sehun stealthily approaching Luhan behind them. Luhan's face became as white as a steamed bun and said, "Sehunnie... What are doing here?! You scared the daylights outta me! Did you follow us?" Sehun chuckled and puts his arm around Luhan and said, "Luhan hyung, you were going the wrong way so I helped you. Come on, the other members are waiting for us." He then turned behind towards Xiu Min and said, "Xiu Min hyung, are you coming?" Xiu Min nodded and followed the two, wondering what Luhan was gonna ask him. The rest of the day, Luhan couldn't help but recall Kai's words over and over again. Each time the words were repeated, the greater the doubt Luhan had and the further the distance between Xiu Min and Luhan. Luhan would let go of Xiu Min's hand when he held them and he started talking to Sehun and the other members instead. Xiu Min felt a bit angry and confused, who are you and what have you done with the real Luhan?! Kai's words got to Luhan and the mental judgement in his mind just kept increasing. Luhan had closed his heart once more. 

When it was evening, they were all tired and ended their exciting outing at Seoul Grand Park. They went back to the cars but this time, Luhan went to the other car so Chanyeol took the chance to go to the first car to be with Baekhyun. Luhan had left Xiu Min alone to sit in the car, partnerless. Even though he was with 5 other EXO members, including a chatty couple, called ChanBaek, he felt empty and cold without his dear deer. He was by himself, wondering what he had done wrong.

Q3. I think when I first wrote this in March, my style has slowly evolved but if you have read my latest stories, in comparision to them, how bad is this story? (T^T I'm sorry...) Now, I prefer to write in POV instead of narrator and after editing, I didn't change much of it and I have lengthened some of it. Although this story is fairly short, I think the length shouldn't matter much... right?
