Description
What is it they say about arranged marriages?
You put a cold kettle on a hot stove and eventually, the kettle will warm up and turn red hot. Others compare it to a boiling hot kettle on a cold stove, eventually the hot kettle will become frigid as well.
This is the theory. What then is the conclusion?

Foreword
This has been sitting in a corner of my drafts for quite some time. I think it's about time to let it out and breathe some fresh air.
It's collected a bit of dust so I'm trying to clear the cobwebs hanging onto it and to make it more up-to-date.
Someday, I hope someone can write a beautifully crafted Foreword for this story...in the meantime, any sort of comment, be it good or bad, flaming or sparkling, is welcome and will be much appreciated.
