Then, I thought, maybe you didn't forget me, and there was a slightest bit of hope. But after seeing you today, I knew immediately that you don't remember me… That’s quite upsetting…”

L watched your peaceful face; he had been so worried when you had fainted.

Sungyeol and the rest watched at the side.

“Are you okay, L? She forgot you. Are you sure you can bear with it?” Hoya whispered.

“For her, I'm willing to endure any burden. After all, she was the one who made me be able to still have the chance to endure burdens. I'm kind of relieved… She seems fine and still as joyful as ever…” L smiled sorrowfully, tucking you in bed.

“Do you think she’ll ever regain her memories?” Sunggyu asked no one in particular.

Silence. No one could answer that one, much to L’s disappointment, as he was waiting for a reassuring answer himself.

The rest walked out of the Student Chairman’s Dorm, leaving L to ponder over the question.

Tears sprung up in L’s eyes. Will she ever regain them? I hope so. But no one knows…

After the rest had left, L looked at you, with a miserable look, as you lay there, quiet as a mouse.
