We tried to beat the rain but just ended up getting swallowed by it. 

I stopped running when I realised it didn't matter if I was soaked from the rain because I already was. Mark didn't realise I stopped until he looked back. I ran up to meet him and he wrapped me in his arms.  

I didn't want to work today and neither did he. We wandered off into a park and sat on some picnic tables under a little roof. 

"You smoke?"

I knew he probably wouldn't like it but I really wanted to smoke it. 

"Does that bother you?" 

"Not really you just don't seem like you would." 

After sitting in the park for a good 2-3 hours we headed to the studio. Mark had his arm around me as we walked down the street. I didn't think much of it until I saw Jackson. He was soaked from the rain as well and looked so defeated. I really wanted to run to him and nussle my face into his chest holding him tight. I felt so bad. 

Mark took his arm off my shoulder before he even saw Jackson which probably helped the situation a little. I hope that's all Jackson saw.
