What if you woke up one day and your heart started beating for the man you thought you hated?

Baekhyun and Chanyeol were childhood friends... but that doesn't mean they liked each other. In their eyes, the term childhood friend only meant to have known someone ever since you were a child. They weren't at all friends. They were enemies. Even so, Chanyeol has still never let anyone else tease Baekhyun because Baekhyun was born very sickly. Chanyeol doesn't know how sick Baekhyun is. He doesn't know that Baekhyun was born with a heart condition. 

Everything was normal at first though. Baekhyun managed to survive until High school, until they had their worst fight. It was so bad in fact that Baekhyun was taken to the hospital, where he stayed in critical condition until he had surgery for a heart transplant. 

Baekhyun wakes up healthier than ever and returns to school... but things aren't as they seem.

Ever since Baekhyun has had the surgery, he begins to see Chanyeol differently and he wasn't sure if he was liking it or not.
