“Junhyung!” Yoseob shouts from the end of the hallway. I slam shut my locker and walk towards him.

“Hey Seobie. What’s up?” My arm automatically slings above his shoulder and ruffles his hair.

“Let’s join Hyunseung for lunch!” Yoseob manages to say amidst giggling.

Hyunseung?

“How did you get to know him?” I ask while I steer our way to the cafeteria.

“He’s in the same music and dancing classes with me. You should see him dance! I’m telling you, my eyes nearly pop out when I first saw him danced.”

“He can dance? You’ve got to be kidding me. I thought mockery is all he does best.”

“Junhyung! Don’t be mean! He has a superb voice. End of argument. I think he’s cool.”

“Right, right. I believe you.”

We both enter the cafeteria and start to look around.

“Hey, over here!” Doojoon waves at us. Yoseob noticeably shrinks a little and when I look over at him, there is a tint of pink on his cheeks.

Someone is shy..

Deciding not to ridicule him about this anytime soon, we both walk towards Doojoon’s direction and I realize Hyunseung is already sitting beside him.

“Hey.”

“Hey.”

We both smile at each other.

“Oh, Yoseob is here too. The more the merrier I suppose.” Doojoon shifts to his right to make way for me to sit.

“Come and sit beside me Yoseob.” Hyunseung shifts to his right so that Yoseob is sitting opposite of Doojoon. Hyunseung is sitting opposite of me and for some unknown reason, I’m feeling slightly nervous.

“Oh, you guys haven’t taken your food yet. You guys better go quick.” Upon hearing that from Hyunseung, I realize that both Doojoon and Hyunseung have already started eating.

“Come on Yoseob. Let’s go.” Yoseob merely nods and follows me behind.

Once we are out of hearing reach, I poke at his forehead and asks, “Why are you being so quiet?”

“W – what ? Quiet? No, I’m just being – I just didn’t want to interrupt you guys, that’s all.”

“Oh, really? Then – “

“Let’s queue up quickly Hyung!” Yoseob grabs me by my elbow and shoves me in front, slapping my back when I continue to laugh at him.
