I feel weird. My head is spinning. Where am i?

My eyes shot opened. I looked around. And then i saw him.

I heard the sound when her heart stopped beating. I refused to believe the moment was so soon. How can someone die so easily? Why do everyone i treasure leave me so easily? I didn't want to leave the room. Then i heard a gasp. I turned back. Then i saw her.

"Mi!" Kai shouted and ran towards her and pulled her into a deep hug. "I'm so sorry...I'm never letting you go again...I'm sorry for what i've done...Thanks for coming back to me..I need to say this to you Mi...I Love You..."

"Jo..no Kai..." She spoke, soft and weak.

"shh...just call me Jongin...I like you calling me that.. i want to hear you calling my name.." he said.

"Jong..in..." she said.

"Mi...Don't leave me again....Never leave me..." He said, with tears.

"Jongin..." she mustered her strength and wrapped her arms around him.

"appa, omma..." Miyeon called out.

"oh, good morning Miyeon-ah! yah! what are you still doing here? go and help your wife!" Mrs Kim said.

"neh omma!" Kai immediately got up from his seat and rushed up to her. "Be careful...why are you up so early?"

"don't worry about me..." she said.

"no! now not only i have to care for you, i have to care for my child too.." he said and her womb.

"you only care about him!" she said jealously.

"your mummy is jealous..." he ignored her and continued teasing her.

"you both are going to be parents but you're still acting like children..." Mr kim said.

"mianhaeyo appa..." They both said in unison.

"I was just joking.. don't be so serious...come and take a seat Miyeon.." Mr kim said.

"I bet appa will be all over his granchild once he is born..." Kai said.

"yah you! when have you become so cheeky?" Mr kim said.

"You really got a huge influence on him Miyeon ah... you better treat her well..." Mrs kim said.

"Of course i will omma! I love her so much..." He said and took her hand and gave her a peck on it.
