Nam Goeun was born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS), a con heart disease that she have to live with all her life. When she turned 17, she learned that her days are numbered and that she only has six months left to live. It wasn't surprising to her since HLHS has no known cure. And so she spent her last months at the solitary confinement of the hospital. She envied the birds outside her window, carefree and unrestrained as the fly with their wings spread out.

Oh Sehun was bored with his life. He thought it was mundane, repetitive, trivial. He wanted thrill, he needed excitement. At 18, he dropped out of college and lived the life of uncertainty. He wasted his life soaked in alcohol, drugs, and . He immersed in life's pleasure as if there was no tomorrow, and from then on, the direction of his life spiralled downwards.

The next thing he knew, he woke up and started seeing the world in a little bird's perspective.

This is not a love story, but a story about love, life, and living.

This story is inspired by and sort-of a spin-off/prequel to I Found Your Cat. (particularly chapter 16)
