My what!?"Sweetie, it's okay, it's okay." Soojung soothed while rubbing Jae Young's arm. "Your mother has been like this since you went missing from home, Youngsoo." Youngsoo pouted as he stared into his mother's eyes as she did the same. They were now sitting down at a table, in specifically the table Jongin had claimed.
"I'm sorry, mommy." He said sincerely, "Did I cause lots of trouble at home?" Jae Young chuckled softly, placing her hand on her son's head. "You very much did, little one." Soojung watched with a smile, happy to see her friend happy again. She also hopes that her panic attacks don't return as a large amount anymore. Even if it did occasionally returns, she'll be on the look out for it.
Jongin cleared his throat while his eyes was set on Youngsoo, "Jae, why didn't you tell me?" Jae Young tugged her stare away from her son and stared at her ex-boyfriend. She was weak, she feels weak. After thirty minutes of trying to calm herself down from the panic attack, she wasn't ready to answer anything just yet.
Soojung noticed what Jongin was asking about. She coughed, "Youngsoo, honey, let's go to the candy shop down the street. Let's give your parents some time to talk, okay?" Youngsoo nodded and hopped off the stool while grabbing ahold of his godmother's hand.
Jae Young watched them walk away as her son waved to her allowing her to smile and return his wave. "Answer me, Jae. Why didn't you tell me?" Rubbing her forehead, she sighed and looked to Jongin. The person who she once developed such strong feelings for. "What did you want me to say, 'Oh, I'm pregnant and I want you to be in the child's life'?"
Jongin shrugged, "Something like that could've been nice." Jae Young let out a soft scoff while shaking her head, "You're really unbelievable, Jongin. I would've never told you that he was your child! After all that we've been through in our relationship, and what you did to me was more than enough."
