Jiyeon and Taeyeon were bestfriend since they were 6.

and Their group started when they were in freshman year.

 

“Tae-tae!!!” Jiyeon shouted on the front gate of Kim's “we’re going to be late at school, hurry!”

 

Taeyeon wore his dress as fast as she could and run outside as fast as possible

 

“if two of us were late, you’re dead!” Jiyeon said running

 

 

“Jiyeon here, here!” Taeyeon called waiving her hand

 

“did you're teacher punish you for being late?” taeyeon asked

“you must be thankful not, but if she did you’re really dead” Jiyeon answered playfull “so please wake up early, cause I don’t wanna be put on jail for killing my best friend”

 

After 4 months…

 

“have you heard that including the two of us, there's 4 student  who will represent our school in that quiz game?” taeyeon asked her best friend

“yeah, from what I heard like us, they're also a freshman” Jiyeon answered

“Jjinja?!!” Taeyeon asked excitedly “it's a good thing, it is more comfortable than being with an upper year”

 

“Ms. Park and Ms. Kim, go to the meeting room... we will discuss about that quiz game, you can also meet your other team member” Mr. Lee said  

Jiyeon and Taeyeon just nodded… as they both went to the meeting room

 

“I really hope that they were nice” Taeyeon said

“and if not?” Jiyeon asked

“we--,” before she could finish what she’s gonna say, their teacher came with two girls

 

“Ms. Park, Ms. Kim, this is Ms. Choi Sooyoung and Ms. Kwon Yuri” Mr. Lee said

 

“Sooyoung-ssi, Yuri-ssi.. Now that we will be together most of the time.. I hope that we can be comfortable to each other” Taeyeon said

“of course, then you can just call me Yuri”

“call me Sooyoung”

 

after 2 weeks of preparing, the quiz game started..

 

“guys, we can do this!!!” Jiyeon said in a loud voice

“of course we can” Tayeon said in a nervous voice..

 

the quiz started.. taeyeon's group made it to the finals..the score was 6-6, both team need only 1 point to win..

 

“Sooyoung, FIGHTING!! taeyeon cheered

“you can do it”, Yuri said..

 

The next question begin

 

“it is the science best explanation on how universe was created?”

 

the other team got the buzzer first..

Jiyeon's group was patiently waiting and hoping that she was wrong..

 

“bouncing theory” the girl answered

“wrong!” the questioner said

 

Sooyoung pushed the buzzer..

 

“big bang theory” Sooyoung said..

“big bang theory, correct!!!”

 

Jiyeon's group run to Sooyoung and hug each other while jumping..

 

At the school..During flag ceremony.. Jiyeon's group was called on stage

 

“this student is one the pride of our school”. the principal said

 

Everyone gave them a round of applause

 

when they are walking in corridor or quadrangle.. Many students greeted them and say "congratulations!"

 

 

 

it’s been 4 months since they won on that quiz game.. they become close and they study together and the next competition would be a sports festival, it is a game where all school are allowed to join..

 

“tae - tae, I heard our school join in sports festival” Jiyeon said.

“wanna join?” taeyeon asked

“of, course, it will be the biggest event of the year!” Jiyeon answered

“what game?” Taeyeon asked

“table tennis? badminton?.. what do you think? Jiyeon asked

 

“you can join marathon, baseball, basketball, badminton, swimming,table tennis... what do you like? Taeyeon asked

 

“what about this?” pointing to the paper for taekwondo..

“taekwondo? Taeyeon asked

 

jiyeon nodded.. While reading the name on the list she saw a familiar name, Kwon Yuri..

 

!tae-tae, look at this.. Yuri’s name is on it!” Jiyeon said

“jeongmal?!” Taeyeon asked as she looked at the list “then join in taekwondo”

“what about you?” jiyeon asked

“you know me” Taeyeon said  “I hate joining in that kind of thing and besides do you remember the last time I used taekwondo skill, I almost kill someone”

“because you defended me, when they were bullying me” Jiyeon said “and this competition, they have referee, they will stop the game before you kill someone”

 

“what are you guys doing?” Sooyoung asked from behind

“I’m just begging her to join in Taekwondo” Jiyeon answered

“really?... then I have to beg her too” Sooyoung said

“you’re joining too?” Taeyeon asked

 

Sooyoung nodded, “It would be fun!”

 

“Tae-tae pleaseeeee” Jiyeon said

“yah! stop that!” Taeyeon said trying to cover Jiyeon’s mouth “yah!!!, people are looking at us”

 

“we will be the representative of our school in taekwondo … we should win and in order to win… we should practice” Jiyeon said

“I think that was a good idea” Yuri said

“my grandfather has a taekwondo class.. Why don't we ask him to teach us?” Sooyoung suggested

“perfect!” jiyeon cheered

 

“I think I know where this place” taeyeon said

“me too” Jiyeon said

 

“uhh.. Mr. Choi, anneonghaseyo” Taeyeon greeted

“Taeyeon, Tiyeon. it’s been a year” Mr. Choi said 

 

“do you know each other?” Sooyoung asked.

“yeah, that’s why this place looks familiar” Jiyeon answered

“your grandfather taught us taekwondo” taeyeon said

“did you know that Taeyeon-ssi is a brown belter? Mr. Choi asked

“jeongmal!!?” Sooyoung asked

“because of that she almost kill someone” Jiyeon said while laughing

 

After 3 weeks of practicing and training.. The festival started

 

“taeyeon, are you nervous?” jiyeon asked

“a little, it’s been a year” Taeyeon answered

“it's okay.. I know you can win” Jiyeon  said..

 

their team got to the finals..

while preparing for the finals..

 

“guys, I need to go to toilet” Taeyeon said

“me, too” Yuri said

 

While in the comfort room.. yuri heard someone talking about them..

 

“did you see that small girl, who will be our rivals in finals? The girl asked the other

“yup.. I don’t think she's that good.. I think she just made it to finals because of her team members” the girl answered

 

Yuri heard and know who they're talking about..

 

“Yah!!” yuri shouted

 

the girls look at her,,

 

“why?” the girl

“what the hell are you talking about?” Yuri asked

“nothing” the girl answered

“Yuri, stop it.. dont mind them” Taeyeon said

“you’re going to be our rivals in finals and were going to beat you” Yuri said, then left

 

the finals started..

Taeyeon, Sooyoung and Jiyeon win the last one to fight is Yuri

 

“so, she's gonna be my opponent! Yuri said while looking at the girl she saw in comfort room

 

The game started Yuri won ...Yuri kick the the girl in the head, that cause the girl lose his balance and knocked out. The referee stop the match.. Yuri goes to the girl and whisper..

 

“if Taeyeon was your opponent I don’t think you will be able to get up…”

 

 

“jiyeooon!!” taeyeon called her name again in a loud voice

“it's all my fault” Taeyeon said, crying, “it’s all my fault”

“it's not your fault” Yuri comforting Taeyeon

“yes, it is.. If I didn't left her that night, If I stay with her.. she's not dead right now” taeyeon said blaming herself

“if you’re saying that it’s all your fault because you didn't stay with her, and if leaving her that night is the reason why she died, then I can say that it’s all our fault..It’s all our fault” sooyoung said

 

night before jiyeon died            

 

  (FLASHBACK)

 

“jiyeon, youre already drunk” sunny said worriedly

“i-i'm not d-drunk” jiyeon answered while laughing

“I think we should go now” Yuri said

“guys.. im not drunk.. o.k” jiyeon said

“yes you are” sunny said

“we’re going to take you home now” Sooyoung said as she stood up

“if you want to go, just go” Jiyeon said

“youre drunk.. We really need to take you home now” sooyoung said while grabbing jiyeon's arm and help her to stand up

 

“let go of me and leave me alone!” jiyeon shouted angrily, but sooyoung still grabbing her hand then she started to walk

“I said LET GO!!!” Jiyeon said angrily as she hit Sooyoung’s face

 

Everyone gasped, Sooyoung lost her balance…

 

“sooyoung! are you okay?” amber asked worriedly, helping her to stand up

“yeahh.. I'm fine” Sooyoung said touching the side of her lips that got hit by Jiyeon,

 

“WHAT’S WRONG WITH YOU!!!?”  Taeyeon shouted as she grabbed Jiyeon’s collar

 

Instead of apologizing she told them “I told you to leave me alone….. like what she did… if you want to go, just g----”

 

“IT’S BEEN 5 ING MONTHS!!!” Taeyeon shouted on her face., still grabbing her collar

“It’s been 5 months, but still it hurts so much” Jiyeon said as the tears run down her face

 

“I know what it feels like…” Taeyeon said as she let go of her “I’ve been there”

“no, you don't” Jiyeon said “because the person you loved, she did loved you back…. she said she doesn’t love me, she loved someone else”

“but it's not enough to ruin your life” taeyeon said

“it hurts but you should be happy.. Because she told you the truth and she didn't let you hold on to her cause you’re gonna get hurt more if she let you expect on nothing” Taeyeon said

“but it hurts so much” Jiyeon said as she starts to hit the wall with her bare hands “I love her… I love her”

 

Taeyeon went to hug her, followed by the four girls…

 

 

“Soo… I’m sorry” Jiyeon said

“I understand” Sooyoung answered “but please next time don't just punch me if I got up before Taeyeon I probably beat you to death”

 

Jiyeon smiled at her...

 

“seeing both of you (pointing to Jiyeon and taeyeon) got hurt because of love... I think that's the last thing I would do” Yuri said

“don't say that” Jiyeon said as put her arm on Yuri’s shoulder “loving someone is not your choice, it's something that you just suddenly feel for someone”

“but, does love really exist? Amber asked

“Of Course!” Jiyeon answered “because if not there’s no such thing as family, so if you fall in love with someone and that someone love you back, fight for her no matter what”

 

“Jiyeon,, I’m sorry”. Sunny said

“huh?” Jiyeon asked confusedly

“because I can't do anything to help you” Sunny answered “Even though I promised to you, that I will protect you…. that no one can hurt you”

 

“did you really mean that?” Jiyeon asked, smiling at her

“I meant it!” Sunny answered

“I know you will... But it's not something that you or I can do something about” Jiyeon said

 

“goodnight!” the girls bid their good bye to Sunny, when they got in front of her house

“Goodnight… be careful on your way” Sunny said…  

“Sunny…” Jiyeon called as she hugged her "thank you and I love you don't forget that" 

 

“you should go now” Jiyeon told them when they in front of her house “it's already 10 pm you should be resting”

“but are you okay now? Amber asked

“we can sleep here if you want” Yuri said

“I’m perfectly fine” She answered as she hugged Amber, Sooyoung and Yuri... and like what she told Sunny … "thank you" and "I love you don't forget that”, she whispered to them

 

 

 

Jiyeons room

 

“I can sleep here” Taeyeon said to her best friend

“I’m okay now.. and thank you for being there” Jiyeon said then she hug Taeyeon

“I love you don't forget that” Jiyeon said while tearing up.. 

“I love you too, pabo!”

The girls never thought that, that will be the last time that they’re gonna see her...
