Foreword
"I'm broken." She smirks at him while taking another sip of her glass.
"Then let me fix you." He attempts to offer some of his assistance to her. He takes a moment to stare at her. She is wearing a tight, short dress with heavy makeup on her face. The stench of alcohol lingers around her. Her eyes slowly droops down, indicating she is getting exhausted. "Bae Suji. Let me help you, damnit."
"Now, now, now. Since when did the almighty Mark Tuan use profanity? Last time I checked, you were an angel who doesn't believe in swear words." Suji places her glass down on the counter. Eyes stuck on the glass, she traces her index finger along the ring of the glass. "You seem to have changed a lot, Tuan." She stops her action and looks up to the bartender. "Yah. I would like another glass of.. of. Now, what the hell is this drink?" Suji takes her drink from the counter and holds it to the light. She lazily lifts up her unoccupied hand and taps the glass with her fingers. "Uh. Vodka? Eh, close enough.. May you pour me some more Vodka, good bartender?"
Before the bartender could reply to Suji, Mark interrupted him. "Don't." Mark let out a glare to the bartender. "Really. If this lady asks you to refill her glass, do not do it." Mark stress the word 'not' to emphasized how serious he was.
The bartender nods at Mark's request and walks to another customer.
"You are so boring. Y'know that?" Suji rolls her eyes at him. "You ruin the fun. First, you interrupt me dancing with that hot guy and now you won't let me drink in peace. What next?"
"Suji. Why don't you just let me help you?" Mark gazes at Suji with sincere eyes pleading for her to accept his offer.
Suji faces Mark as she speaks. "You want to know why?" He nods. Suji averts her attention elsewhere, "Because it will only break me more." Mark notice for the first time since they have been talking, this is the first time he sees the seriousness and honesty in Suji's eyes.
This is for the people who had the courage to confess their feelings to the person they like.

I made this story from my heart. I dedicate this story to the people who experience a heartbreak before.
