I watch from afar as her glistening short hair shines in the moonlight. Her laughter echoing in my head. "I wish I was him sitting beside a goddess of many talents and high status." I whispered not wanting them to hear my voice. Why must I be born of a peasent and not a royal highness like him. I mean she obviously adores his florecent face and short sleek black hair.

I turned and left leaving the two is silence, weeping.  Why can't I be with her? I love her so, but she doesn't love me back, nor does her father.
