After how many years, they all became a successful person. Nichkhun was the one who take over the company and the company is going strong, it became a big known company in Asia, and he was also known as the rich young men who run a business of an early age.

While Yuri, well--- Yuri is not her name anymore. Because since the Kwon Yuri they've known was already dead. She was born again as "Ellainna Song" and she became a Fashion Designer just like what she wanted. And she's working at a big known Fashion Comapany and she's one of the known designer. The clothes she always make is always a big trend in New York and even in the other places. And all of the clothes she made also, she always put a trademark "Ellainna" so that it signifies that it's her made clothes.

While Nichkhun's little sister, Yanin... She just finish her studies and she became a Fashion Model because since Yuri wanted to become a fashion designer, she also wants to be a fashion model. So that all of the clothes that yuri will be making, she will be the one to model it. She really love Yuri that much, I mean Ellainna...

At the Fashion Model Event...

Ellainna was so busy because there will be a Fashion Model Event and she was the choosen designer to model all of her made clothes. So, she went to the venue early so that she can practice all of the models that will be modelling her clothes. She seriously look at the clothes of the model while they were walking the aisle so that she can see if there's something wrong with the clothes or not. And when she saw something wrong, she will then immediately fix it so that she will have a very successful fashion event.

After the practice...

(Note: Since Ellainna is living in New York, of course she has to speak english. So, all of the words that she will be speaking now is english)

"Okay! that's it guys! you can rest for now because after one hour, the real event will be starting. So take a good rest for one hour" Ellainna said

"Thank you Miss Ellainna" the models respond

"Okay, so I hope we all make a very successful event, just like we practiced. Thank you models" 

Ellainna said and all the models starts to go to the backstage and rest. While ellainna can't even rest herself. Because even if she wants to, she wanted her event to become successful. So, after practicing, she immediately go to the dressing room where all of the clothes that the models will be wearing where all put there. So, she go there and take a look on the clothes again and again so that there won't be any mistake when the event will start. She was so busy looking at the clothes if there's something wrong

After done checking, Ellainna immediately go outside the dressing room and go to the room where her company gave her a private room while she's having her event. She then have a seat on the couch and close her eyes to take a nap for a while. And while she was resting, someone touch her nose. And then she smiled because she already knows who is it. Because there is only one person who really likes to touch her nose. And that person is Nichkhun. And while nichkhun keep on touching her nose, she then immediately hold nichkhun's hands for him to stop touching it and then she open her eye

"Yah! I already told you. Don't keep on touching my nose, especially when I'm sleeping. But you keep on doing it, aish... your really stubborn" ellainna said

"But I like touching it" nichkhun said and gave a cute eye smile on her

"Aish! don't gave me that smile"

Ellainna said but Nichkhun keep on doing that cute smile. So, Ellainna stare at him for how many seconds and hug him tightly

"Bugoshippeo" Ellainna said while she hug him tightly

"Are you doing okay since I was not here for one month?" nichkhun said

"Molla, because I always miss you." ellainna said with a sad face

"I miss you too"

"But are you going to stay here for long or your going overseas again to continue the business?" Ellainna asked but nichkhun didn't reply. So, she remove the hug to see nichkhun's face

"Bwoh? your leaving again?" she asked

"Molla, my secretary still didn't say something about it. But don't worry because I will tell what's the decision about it"

"Jinjjayo? but I really hope that you will be staying here for long. Because your always busy, your always going everywhere. It feels like your having a tour on the different places in the world, you almost travel it all. The only thing that is lock is you are going to travel the moon or the other planet" 

Ellainna said and lift down her head and gave a sad face. But nichkhun lift her head up and touch her cheeks

"Are you mad?" nichkhun asked

"Aniyo, it's just that we don't have time to spend with each other. Because everytime your here, it's still the business is in your attention. And then, you only stay here for only a couple days. I'm just so sad about it"

"Mianhae..."

"Aniyo, you don't have to say sorry because I understand. I just want to express my feelings, I want to share it. Because that's one of my promises to you, right?"

"Well, it feels like I'm the one who didn't keep my promise. Because I'm always busy and I can't take care of you. Mianhaeyo"

"Ani, you keep your promise. You take care of me that's why I'm like this now. I can really say that I'm a different person now and I like it. So, you don't have to be sorry again. Just make sure that you won't be leaving me. Because if you do, I would really hate you, arasso?"

"Arasso, I won't never leave you, I promise. And by the way, how about we eat dinner after your event?"

"Well, that's a good idea. Wait for me then"

"Okay" 

Nichkhun said and they stare each other for a while and gave a smile to each other. And then, they give a goodbye kiss

"Okay, I'll be leaving first because the event will be starting any minutes from now. So, you can go out once the event will start, arasso?" ellainna said

"Arasso" nichkhun replied

"Okay, I'll be leaving first. Take care"

"You too" Nichkhun said and they gave a sweet smile to each other and Ellainna then leave immediately

After for how many minutes, the event starts now and it ended up as a successful event. And then after that, Ellainna and Nichkhun immediately go out to have dinner. And also, to congratulate Ellainna for a successful event

At South Korea, Seoul

At the hospital...

The hospital is always busy everyday because every hour or every minute, there is always an accident that will occur. It feels like they are always having a fiesta inside the hospital.

At the Operation Room...

"Doc, there is no beating anymore" the nurse said and the operation continues

After how many hours, the operation was done. And they go outside the operation room now

"Doc, how's my son?" the mother asked

"Don't worry anymore ma'am because your son is okay now. He just need to stay at the hospital for a couple of days. But, he's okay now" minho said and the mother sigh in relief and take a deep breath

"Thank you so much Doc, thank you thank you thank you" the mother said

"Your welcome. So, I'll be leaving you now ma'am. Excuse me" minho said and leave immediately

At his office...

When minho arrived at his office, he have a seat first and sit comfortably while leaning his elbows on the table and covering his face with his hands. He take a deep breath and sighed. Then he close his eyes and in any second, he smiled, because he remembers something. Well, everytime he's nervous, sad, lonely, he always remember the thing that can make him happy. And that is the memories of him together with Yuri. That is always his inspiration to go on with his life and be strong always. And while he was reminiscing the memories, someone suddenly interrupted

"Excuse me Doc, but there is another patient" the nurse said

"Okay, let's go now" minho said and immediately stand up and leave his office to take care of a new patient

At the food restaurant...

"Well, it's been a while since we eat together. I'm sorry if I can't be with you always" nichkhun said

"Gwaenchana, let's just enjoy the time together for now." ellainna said and they starts to order

After ordering, the food they just ordered arrived for after 5 minutes

"Okay, let's eat" nichkhun said and gave a smile on ellainna and ellainna replied a smile also. And then they started to eat

At Minho's office...

While he was sitting on his table to have a rest. It feels like his mind is floating because he didn't notice that a nurse knock on his door and come in

"Uhmm.. excuse me doc? doc?" the nurse said but minho didn't reply
