The first month back in Korea consisted a lot of trips to the hospital for check ups with Daniel.

His body was getting weaker day by day and even the medicines were no use.

You knew it was almost time.

Daniel was going to leave you any time soon.

Woohyun called you one afternoon and asked if you were free to have dinner with them.

You then asked if it was okay for Daniel to join you guys.

He hesitated for awhile before he answered a low yes.

And he told you to meet them at the barbecue restaurant you guys used to go at 7pm.

Later that evening, you and Daniel walked to the restaurant with your arms hooking through his.

You slightly looked at his and noticed that his arms were getting a bit too boney.

His face was pale but he would always wear that smile on his face no matter what which didn't make him look like a patient at all.

"Is there something on my face?"

You quickly turned back to the front, "Ani, you're handsome, that's all."

"Well, thanks for noticing it only now."

"We're here. Come on, the guys will be trilled to see you.", and you dragged him in the restaurant.

"_________!", you heard a voice shouting.

"Over here!", you looked around and saw Sungyeol waving.

Dongwoo saw you and smiled but when he saw that you weren't alone, his smile disappeared.

"Hey guys.", you went over and hugged each of them.

"So, guys. This man right here, is Daniel."

"Hi. I'm Daniel Chae. ________ have been telling me about you guys non-stop, it's great to finally meet you."

"He's handsome.", you heard Jieun saying.

"Yah. I'm right here.", Myungsoo poked her.

"Of course, you're the handsomest guy in the whole wide world.", and she peck his cheek.

"_________, come over here. We saved a seat for you and Daniel."

You sat opposite of Dongwoo and Woohyun.

The food came and everyone just started digging in.

"Here, eat more.", Daniel placed the meat in your bowl.

"I can help myself, you should eat more."

Woohyun saw the expression on Dongwoo face, he wasn't happy at all.

"So, Daniel. What do you do?", Woohyun asked.

"Well, I worked as lawyer back in Paris."

"A lawyer? Wow, you must have been a really smart student then."

"Yeah he was. He was in the top 10 of the graduates.", you interrupted.

"How did you two meet?", Sungjong came asking.

"She was studying in the design school while I was at the law school. And I bumped into her once, and that was how we became friends."

Then, Dongwoo got up, "Excuse me."

You knew that he was mad at something, so you decided to follow him.

"I'll be right back okay?", you told Daniel which he nodded.

"Take care of him for me, Woohyun."

"Will do!"

You followed Dongwoo out of the restaurant.

He was walking really fast and you literally had to run to catch up.

"Dongwoo! Wait up." you shouted but he continued walking away.

You ran up ahead of him and stopped him, "Hey. Didn't you hear me?"

"I did. I chose not to hear it. Now, excuse me.", he was about to go but you held on to him.

"Why are you walking away?"

"Because I don't like it in there."

"What is it you don't like then?"

Suddenly, he turned to you and stared into your eyes.

"You asking me what was it I don't like? Are you stupid?"

"I know you're mad. Just calm down, Dongwoo."

"How the heck am I suppose to calm down when you come here bringing your husband to show it off to everyone then telling your love stories to us."

"So it was Daniel you're angry about."

"Do you really not care about us anymore, _________?", he grabbed your arm.

"It's not that, I swear."

"Then tell me what is it!"

"I'll tell you when the time is right, okay?"

"And when will that be?"

It was that same question again, the question Daniel asked you before.

"I-I don't know."

"What do you mean by you don't know!", his grip around you tightened and it started to hurt.

"You're hurting me, Dongwoo. Let go."

"No! Unless you tell me."

"Let go of her, hyung!", Woohyun came running.

Dongwoo continued to stare at you as Woohyun shook his hand off you.

"Are you alright?", he asked which you nodded.

"You should probably go, _________. Let's meet another time. When hyung's not mad.", he whispered into your ears.

You then turn and walked back to the restaurant.

"Hey, I'm not done with you. Get back here!", Dongwoo shouted angrily.

"Just let her go, okay? We only wanted to have a nice dinner together, hyung."

"How am I suppose to eat when I all see was the two of them being all lovey dovey. And when that was suppose to be me by her side."

"Hyung,", Woohyun rested his hand on Dongwoo's shoulder as he hear Dongwoo's soft sobs.

You went back to restaurant and told Daniel that you guys should probably leave.

"Why? Did something happened?", he asked.

"Uhm, nothing. But we should go."

"Okay. Well, it was nice seeing you guys.", he told the rest of Infinite, Luna and Jieun.

You went to hug all of them before you left, "I'll see you guys soon."

"Text me when you're home!", Sungyeol shouted.

When you and Daniel got home, it was almost midnight.

"I'm gonna shower."

But before you could go, Daniel held you back.

"What happened just now?"

"What? Nothing happened."

He then put his hands on your shoulder and looked straight in your eyes, "You know you can't lie."

"Alright, alright. Something happened okay."

He then sat on the couch and waited for you to tell him.

"Dongwoo got angry cause I brought you along for dinner."

"And?"

You let out a sigh as you sat beside him, "He then asked if I didn't cared about us anymore."

"And your answer was?"

"Obviously no! You know how much I love him, right?", you looked at him and he slightly nodded.

"Then he told me to tell him what's wrong. And I just told him I would tell him when the time is right."

"You should've told him right then, babe."

"I just couldn't. I'd rather he hate me right now, Daniel. Do you get it?"

He could see you were getting a little agitated.

"Araso. Go shower now, make it quick.", he gave you a smile.

After shower, you went straight to bed.

Just as you closed your eyes, a hand wrapped around your waist.

You held still and didn't dare to move.

Then you felt a soft pair of lips landed right on your cheek.

"Sleep tight, princess."

A drop of tear then rolled down your cheek.

"I wish you didn't have to leave me this soon, Daniel."
