Okay so school is starting tommorrow for me (Wahhhhhhh) so I won't be able to update as often...maybe I will for the first few weeks because teachers tend to give less homework at the beginning of the year. Do they? I forgot. Haha.I have new readers YAAAAA!

“I DIDN’T SAY WE WERE DATING! IT’S JUST AN EXAMPLE!”

“WELL I’M NOT A PLAYER!”

“OKAY STOP YELLING!”

“Right…”

Suddenly the doorbell rang. Onew oppa went to open the door.

“Jonghyun?”

“Hey. I’m just here to give Mina something she forgot.”

“…Really?”

“Yeah.”

“At this hour?”

“Oh come on.”

Onew oppa slowly walked into his room. I went outside and closed the door.

“What is it?”

Jonghyun oppa bit his lip and shoved his hands in his pockets.

“I…I just wanted to say…”

“Did you remember what the old lady said to you at the bus stop?”

“No…something else…”

“Did I drop something on the way here?”

(wait for it….)

He swallowed and blurted,

“I want to thank you for giving me a good time whenever we’re together and I think you’re beautiful and…”

“Wait, what?”

“I know it’s absurd because we’ve only known each other for 2 days but it feels like I’ve known you forever. Will you be my girlfriend?”

(GASP)

“It depends.”

“On what?”

“How many girlfriends do you have?”

“Huh?”

“My brother warned me about you. I know you’re a player. I’m fine with us being friends, but I’m not going to let you play with my heart.”(UGHHHH that was corny…XD)

Jonghyun fell silent. His normally flirtatious brown eyes turned sad. After an awkward moment, I quickly waved goodbye and went back inside. I sighed.

“Did you reject him?”Oppa asked, tense.

I nodded sadly. He put an arm around me and comforted me by saying,

“It’s okay. You were just protecting yourself. There will be other guys. You deserve better.”

“Thanks, oppa.”

I went upstairs to my room to do my homework and then I fell asleep.

The next morning at school…

I walked to my locker feeling grumpy as ever. Phoebe was sick and Lina and Mika were nowhere to be found. As I spun my lock combo I saw Jonghyun with the pretty girl (again) out of the corner of my eye. I quickly grabbed my books, shoved my backpack in and slammed my locker door. When I passed by Jonghyun and the girl Jonghyun shot me a sad look.

“Please. Don’t you have any pride?”I thought.
