Chapter 1

 

No one POV

 

Jessica is walking alone at night to go back to her appartment but what she didn’t know is that Sooyoung is secretly follow her. Suddenly two guys comes out and drag her in an alley with a knife on their hand. Soo then lost Jessica sight.

 

‘ Don’t yell or we will kill you ’ one guys said

 

‘ What do you guys wants? ’ Jessica asks

 

‘ Give me your money ’ the other guy said

 

Jessica quickly takes her wallet and give it to the guy.

 

‘ Can I go now? ’ Sica asks

 

‘ Well she is beautiful, maybe we can have a little fun together ’ the guy smirks

 

Sica wants to run away but get hold back by one guy. They slap Sica’s face very hard then Sica lost conscious.

 

‘ YAH~~~~WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING? LET GO OF HER ’ Soo yells and runs toward the guy.

 

She punches on guys and when she wants to punch the second, the guy stabs Soo’s stomach then run away. Soo falls on the ground with blood cover her and Sica still unconcious on the ground. Soo painfully takes her phone out

 

‘ Donghae oppa can you come help me to get my friend out of the alley. She almost gets and now she is unsconscious. ’ Soo said

 

‘ Where are you now? ’

 

Soo tells him then hang up. After a while, Donghae arrives and saw Soo cover of blood.

 

‘ Soo are you alright? ’ Donghae asks worriedly

 

Soo looks pale and just nod

 

‘ O-oppa can you get Sica home. Don’t tell her I’m here tonight ’

 

‘ Why? She should know that you are the one who save her ’

 

Soo shakes her head ‘ No, I secretly follow her. If she knows she will be angry please don’t tell her ’

 

‘ I don’t even know her ’ Donghae said

 

Soo just gives the address to Donghae and asks him to take Sica away.

 

‘ What about you? ’

 

‘ Don’t worry, I’m fine I will call Tae ’

 

Donghae just nods and take Sica in bridal position the walk away

 

Soo dials Taeyeon’s number

 

‘ Tae….. ’ then she faints in the alley

 

Taeyeon’s POV

 

‘ Fany, which movie do you wanna watch? ’

 

‘ Hmm….. ’

 

My phone rang and is Soo.

 

‘ Tae….. ’ then no sound

 

‘ Soo ’

 

‘ …………. ’

 

‘ Soo ’ I start to get worry

 

‘ ………… ’

 

‘ Tae, what happen? ’ Fany asks

 

‘ Soo called but then no sound ’ I said worriedly

 

‘ Hello ’ I heard an unfamiliar voice on the other line

 

‘ Who are you? Why you take my friend’s phone ’

 

‘ I’m a police, your friend go stab and lost a lot of blood. Now she is unconscious and we need to send her to the hospital ’

 

‘ I will be right there ’ I hang up

 

‘ Fany, Soo got stab and lost a lot of blood. ’

 

‘ Let’s go to the hospital. ’ Fany drags me outside the movie theater.

 

Jessica’s POV

 

The guy slaps me and I fall unconscious. I heard people talking but I don’t know who it is. Suddenly I feel someone pick me up in bridal position and walk away. My eyes are half close but I saw a handsome caring me.

 

He is the one who save me from this guys……

 

Then I fell unconcious again………..

 

Donghae’s POV

 

My cousin Soo called me. I run to the alley she is talking about. When I saw her she is lying on the ground with blood cover her. She begs me to take this girl home I really don’t want, I have no choice but listen to her since she is my favourite cousine. While driving to this girl home my phone rang. I look at the ID and saw is my fiancé call. I pick it up and told her about Soo. She said she will go to the hospital immediatly. After a while, we arrive in front of this girl home.

 

* DING *

 

After a few second, a woman open the door and she is shocked when she saw me holding her.

 

‘ OMO, what happen? ’ she asks worriedly

 

‘ Hello, I’m Lee Donghae. Well I saw your daughter in an alley so I take her home ’

 

‘ What happen? ’ she asks

 

I……then I remember about Soo request so I lied to her. I told her that I passed by and saw some guys want to rob and her so I save her

 

‘ How did you know where she live? ’

 

‘ Oh…hmm…..I look in her wallet and saw the adress. ’ I look at my wristwatch ‘ Is late, I need to go now ’ I stand up

 

‘ Thank you so much for saving my daughter ’

 

‘ No problem ’  I smile

 

My cousine Sooyoung is the one who save her…..Aish, stupid girl.

 

After walking out of the house, I drive to the hospital.

 

No one POV

 

TaeNy rush to the hospital and Soo is in the operation room. They are waiting outside nervously. Fany tried to call Sica but no answer. After a while YoonYul run toward them with Yoona crying.

 

‘ Tae, how is Soo ’ Yoona asks still crying

 

‘ We don’t know, she is still inside ’ Tae said

 

‘ Have you call uncle Choi ’ Yuri asks

 

‘ No, uncle is in business trip and he won’t be back for two months. We don’t want him to get worry ’ Fany said

 

‘ What if something happen to Soo? ’ Yoona asks

 

‘ Don’t worry Yoong, Soo is strong ’ Yuri hugs Yoona

 

‘ Why she is in the alley at night? ’ Fany asks

 

‘ We’ll ask her later ’ Yul said

 

After two hours, the doctor comes out from the operation room. The girls runs toward him worriedly

 

‘ Doctor, how is she? ’ Fany asks

 

‘ The knife didn’t enter too deep so don’t worry she is fine now. But she needs to stay in the hospital for one month ’ the doctor said

 

The girls nod then thanks the doctor.

 

‘ How is Soo? ’ Dara, Donghae fiancé runs toward them worriedly

 

‘ Unnie, Soo is fine but she needs to stay in the hospital for one month. They will send her into a room now ’

 

Then they saw Donghae running toward them. They assure Donghae that Soo is fine.

 

‘ Tae, who are they? ’ Fany asks.

 

‘ Oh, he is Lee Donghae Soo’s cousin and she is Dara unnie, oppa’s fiancée ’ Tae introduce.

 

Yes, Jessica and Tiffany never met Donghae before because they came back to Korea a year ago. JeTi are friend with them for a year now and Soo fall in love with Sica since the first time they met. Soo already confess to Sica but get rejected. Soo didn’t give up and alway tries to get the girl’s heart with gift, flower, sending her home, etc. Sica really hate it and always hurt Soo with harsh words. Soo didnt’ mind at all……

 

‘ We will come back tomorrow girl. You guys go home and have a rest. ’ Donghae said

 

‘ We will be fine here. ’ Tae said

 

After a few hours, Soo finally awakes

 

‘ OUCHHHH ’ she yells and wake the girls

 

‘ Soo~~~ ’ Yoong hugs Soo tightly

 

‘ Ouch~~~Yoong, you wanna kill me or what? ’ Soo patted Yoong’s head

 

‘ OMO, I’m sorry ’ Yoong quickly get away from Soo

 

‘ Are you ok? Let’s call the doctor ’ Yul said worriedly

 

‘ I’m fine, no need to bother the doctor for nothing. Wait, you guys didn’t call my dad right? ’ Soo said

 

‘ No, we don’t want him to get worry. Now, tell us what happen? ’ Tae asks

 

Soo tells the girls.

 

‘ You should let Sica know that you are the one who save her ’ Fany takes her phone out

 

‘ No Fany don’t call her ’ Soo stops her

 

‘ Why? If Sica knows the truth maybe she will fall in love with you. Is always what you want ’ Yoona said

 

Soo shakes her head ‘ No, I don’t want her to be with me because she feels guilty. Please don’t tell her the truth. ’

 

Fany sighs ‘ Soo, if she don’t know the truth. She will continue to mistreat you ’

 

‘ Is fine with me. ’ Soo gives a sad smiles ‘ Promise me that nobody will tell her ’

 

The girls sigh and nod.

 

‘ The doctor said you need to stay here for a month. Don’t worry, we will come every day’ Tae says

 

‘ No need, I’m not a kid ’

 

‘ No, we will be here to take care of you ’ Fany insist ‘ If not, I’m going to tell Sica the truth ’

 

Soo sighs and nods

 

The door slams open and Yoona comes back with two bags of foods.

 

‘ I know you will be hungry Soo ’ Yoona said happily

 

‘ My Yoong is the best ’ then Soo takes the bags and start to eat

 

‘ Wait…..give me some ’ Yoona opens and Soo feeds her

 

Yul shakes her head ‘ Even in the hospital, she can eat happily ’

 

‘ Aish…look at those shiksins. Yah~~~stop eating like a pig ’ Tae said

 

‘ Is delicious, do you guys want some ’ Soo said

 

‘ No thanks, I prefer sleeping for a while before going to class ’ Fany walks toward the sofa

 

‘ Fany, lay your head on my shoulder. It will be more comfortable ’ Tae said

 

‘ But you will be tired ’ Fany said

 

‘ Nah~~~Here ’ Tae offers her shoulder

 

Fany smiles then slowly falls asleep on Tae’s shoulder

 

Yul just watch the two shiksins ‘ Yoong, come sleep a little before heading to class ’

 

‘ You sleep first, I want to finish the foods first ’ Yoong said

 

‘ If you don’t come here now, I won’t let you sleep sleep on my lap ’ Yul said and walk to another sofa

 

‘ Wait~~~~Soo you can have the rest of the foods ’ Yoona runs toward Yuri

 

Yul sits down and Yoong lays her head on Yul’s lap. Yul chuckles at her friend cuteness then kiss Yoona’s forehead

 

‘ Good night Yoong ’

 

‘ Good night Yul ’

 

The morning

 

Jessica’s POV

 

I slowly open my eyes then I feel my cheek burning from the slaps. Then I look around and I am in my bedroom. I quickly get dress and went out. I saw my mom preparing breakfast

 

‘ Morning mom ’

 

‘ Morning darling, how are you? ’

 

‘ I’m fine ’

 

‘ No you are not, you almost get last night. Luckily Donghae saved you ’

 

Right…the handsome guy who save me…….

 

‘ Where is he? ’

 

‘ He is gone ’

 

‘ Did you asks his phone and name? ’

 

‘ His name is Lee Donghae but I don’t know his phone number ’

 

‘ WHY YOU DIDN’T ASK HIS PHONE NUMBER ’ I suddenly yell

 

‘ YAH~~~~I WAS WORRIED TO DEAD LAST NIGHT. DO YOU THINK I HAVE A MIND TO ASK HIS NUMBER ’ mom yells back

 

I gulp ‘ I’m sorry mom ’

 

Mom sighs ‘ Hurry and eat your breakfast. Otherwise, you will be late for class ’

 

I nod and start to eat.

 

Will I see him again?

 

I walk into the classroom and the girl is not here yet even Sooyoung. I walk to my seat and after 10 minutes, they arrive together.

 

All girl’s POV

 

‘ Why are you guys arrive together? ’ Sica asks

 

‘ Oh, we saw each other at the entrance ’ Yul said

 

‘ OK ’ Sica then lays her head on the table

 

‘ Did you see that someone is missing? ’ Yoona asks

 

Sica looks up ‘ Who’s missing? ’

 

‘ Soo. Her father wants her to go to a business trip with him so she won’t be here for a month ’ Yul answers

 

‘ That why I’m so happy today without her bothering me. Wait….that mean I won’t see her for a month ’ Sica said happily

 

‘ Yah~~~~you….. ’ Fany starts but stop by Tae

 

‘ Sica, did something happen last night? ’ Tae asks

 

‘ How did you know that something happen last night ’ Sica asks

 

‘ Hmm…Oh, because we called you but no answer. We want to ask you if you want to watch a movie with us ’ Tae lies

 

Sica start to tell about what happen last night but what she didn’t know is the girls already know everything from Soo.

 

‘ Then a handsome guy save me. He is so brave. ’ Sica smiles

 

‘ For me Soo is bravier ’ Fany blurted out

 

‘ Yah~~~~how can you say that? She is nowhere to be found when I need her. She is always around when I don’t need her and when I need her where is she huh? Luckily, Donghae is here to save me ’ Sica asks

 

‘ How do you know his name? ’ Yoona asks

 

‘ He told my mom before he left ’ Sica said

 

‘ Yah~~~Sica Soo was the one….. ’

 

‘ Fany… ’ Tae shakes her head

 

‘ What? ’ Sica asks

 

‘ Nevermind ’ Fany stomps to her seat

 

TaeNy’s POV

 

‘ Fany, don’t be mad ’ Tae said

 

‘ How can I not? She thought oppa was the one who save her. She didn’t even care about Soo who was almost get killed last night because of her ’ Fany said angrily

 

‘ Don’t forget that we promised Soo. ’ Tae said

 

‘ I wonder why Soo loves this ice princess ’

 

‘ Love don’t need explanation ’ Tae said then mumbles ‘ I love you too ’

 

‘ What did you say? ’ Fany asks

 

Tae shakes her head ‘ Nothing ’

 

All girls’ POV

 

After class, the girls start to walk away without Sica

 

‘ Hey, where are you guys going? ’ Sica asks

 

‘ Home ’ they answer together

 

‘ Then I see you guys tomorrow ’ Sica walks away

 

‘ Aish…I really wanna tell her that Soo was the one who save her ’ Yul said

 

‘ Don’t forget our promise to Soo, no matter what we won’t say a word to Sica ’ Tae said and they nod

 

‘ Let’s go to the hospital ’ Fany said

 

‘ Wait….. ’ Yoona stops

 

‘ Did you hurt somewhere? ’ Yul asks worriedly

‘ Soo must be hungry, let’s buy her something to eat first ’ Yoong said

 

‘ Aish…..I think you are the one who is hungry ’ Yul patted Yoong’s head and Yoong blush

 

At the hospital, Soo is reading book and the girls enter.

 

‘ Hey, how Sica? Did she hurt somewhere? ’ this is the first thing Soo asks while seeing them

 

‘ No, she is fine Soo ’ Fany said

 

‘ Did she asks about me? ’ Soo asks

 

No response and Soo just gives a sad smile

 

‘ Soo, Sica thought oppa was the one who saved her. You should tell her the truth ’ Tae said

 

‘ Then let her think that oppa is the one who save her. ’

 

‘ What about you? You almost lost your life for her ’ Yul said angrily

 

‘ Soo, Sica don’t deserve your love. Can you just move one? There’s a lot of nice girl outside ’ Fany said

 

‘ You all think I should move on? ’ Soo asks

 

They all nods

 

‘ I can’t. I really love her ’

 

‘ But you only get hurt when you are near her ’ Yoona said

 

‘ I’m sure one day, she will love me back ’ Soo said

 

‘ What if she never love you back? ’ Tae asks

 

‘ ……………… ’

 

They sigh

 

‘ Soo, you can’t stay like this forever. ’ Fany said

 

‘ Look maybe my feeling will change in the future but what I know now is I still love her. Can we just change the subject. I’m hungry ’ Soo said

‘ Hehe…..I bought you foods ’ Yoong went toward Soo

 

‘ My Yoong is the best ’ Soo hugs Yoona

 

‘ Yah~~~Yoong is mine too. Stop hugging her ’ Yul said

 

Yoong blush after hearing what Yul said and Soo smirks ‘ Are you jealous? ’

 

Soo knows that Yoona loves Yul.

 

‘ Of course I’m jealous I didn’t hug her today ’ Yul pouts

 

‘ I don’t know you love Yoong that much. I thought you only have Minho in your heart ’ Soo said

 

‘ Is different. I love Yoong like a friend and Minho is something else ’ Yul said but she didn’t know this word make Yoona’s heart into piece

 

Soo quickly changes subject after seeing Yoong sad face.

 

‘ Yoong, let’s eat together ’

 

Yoona just nods and eat silently.

 

After eating, Soo patted her tummy

 

‘ I can’t wait to get out of here and be in my bed ’ Soo said

 

‘ The doctor said you will discharge in a month ’ Fany said

 

‘ I will miss my Sica ’ Soo pouts

 

The girls only shake their head.

 

One month later

 

Jessica and Tiffany are walking to the university

 

‘ Sica ’ Soo runs toward them

 

‘ Aish…..Choi Sooyoung can you stop following me ’ Jessica said coldly

 

‘ I didn’t see you for month. Don’t you miss me ’ Soo pouts

 

‘ I can’t believe a month pass so fast. For your information I don’t miss you ’ Sica walks away

 

‘ This is for you ’ Soo hands a bouquet of flower to Jessica

 

Jessica takes the flower and throw it on the ground ‘ I’ve already told you, I don’t love you. I just want us to be friend. Can you understand? ’

 

‘ Jess, Soo just gives you flower you don’t need to get angry ’ Tiffany said

 

‘ Whatever. ’ Jessica walks away

 

Soo just looks at the ground and Fany patted Soo’s shoulder

 

‘ Don’t be sad Soo, you know her. ’

 

Soo forced a smile ‘ I’m fine. Let’s go to class ’

 

SooFany arrived in the class, Soo quickly went to sit at the place next to Sica. Soo gives a bright smiles to her but Sica just ignore it.

 

Fany slowly went to sit next to Tae

 

‘ Tae, what are you reading? ’

 

‘ Hey Fany, I’m just reading some notes ’ Tae smiles

 

 ‘ Where’s YoonYul? ’ Fany looks around
