He hears the name of the transfer student before he actually sees him; the name ‘Do Kyungsoo’ is on everyone’s lips the day he transfers to their school, rumors about the circumstances that made him transfer to their school in the middle of the school year spreading like fire in a dried up forest.

Jongin doesn’t really care about that Do Kyungsoo-guy. He figures that Do Kyungsoo is just another brainless drone whose family has bribed the principal into making him a student in their school, someone who’s just like all of the others, and Jongin abhors him immediately on principle and doesn’t want anything to do with him.
